The PRBB Report 2022 has just been published, which highlights the achievements and progress of the Barcelona Biomedical Research Park (PRBB) over the past year. We invite you to read the report and learn more about the Park.

“The mission of the PRBB is to provide the best possible environment for biomedical research of excellence”

Statistical data show that the PRBB provided yet another year an “exceptional environment for biomedical research of excellence” for the six research centres that comprise it: Hospital del Mar Institute for Medical Research (IMIM), the Department of Medicine and Life Sciences, Pompeu Fabra University (MELIS-UPF), the Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG), the Barcelona Institute for Global Health (ISGlobal), the Institute of Evolutionary Biology (IBE: CSIC-UPF) and the European Molecular Biology Laboratory – Barcelona (EMBL Barcelona) as well as by the IRAB.

The Results Report 2022 is a 27-page document available in English and Catalan with a lot of information on the activities of the intercentre committees – such as the Good Scientific Practice Group (GSP) or the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) committee – as well as initiatives for residents (such as the Intervals training programme courses), for primary and secondary school students (such as the PRBB Award) and for the general public (such as the OpenPRBB or the podcasts in Catalan “La mare de la ciència” and in Spanish “Absolutos y Relativos“).

It also includes demographic and consumption data of the PRBB, some of the improvements for users of the PRBB animal facility, the growth of our social networks (reaching more than 40.000 followers) or other internal actions of the Consortium.
