These days scientists, activists and politicians are gathered in Glasgow to celebrate COP26 to tackle climate change.
Coincidence or not, this week at the Barcelona Biomedical Research Park (PRBB) a new PRBB Sustainability group was born. This is a grass-root group initiative triggered by people who care about sustainability; that aim to discuss about sustainability in science, share experiences and materials, get to know other initiatives and create a critical mass of people who worry about this topic.
If you feel this initiative ressonates with you and you want to contribute to have a greener lab, you can join them. You can find the PRBB Sustainability group:
- on the first Wednesday of each month at 2 pm at the PRBB cafeteria
- on the #prbb-sustainability channel in the #somPRBB slack space
- on a new PRBBSustainability slack space that is being created
