Lunchtime to the rhythm of Brazilian music

The choir of the Barcelona Biomedical Research Park (PRBB) gave a Brazilian music concert last Wednesday, July 3rd.

The singers offered a repertoire that ranged from Aquarela do Brazil to Berimbau, passing through the well-known The girl from Ipanema. As an extra, the audience cheered and joined in singing Mais que nada.

In addition, at the end they offered a small taste of the concert they are preparing for next season, of French and Italian music from the 50s.

To join the Choir – which has been going on for 15 years! – you only need to be a PRBB resident and send an email to comunicacio@prbb.org. All levels are welcome, and rehearsals are on Thursdays from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Rita Levi Room.
