Javier Louro Aldamiz-Echevarría (A Coruña, 1989) is a mathematician, biostatistics teacher and postdoctoral researcher at the Hospital del Mar Medical Research Institute (IMIM). His research focuses on improving the effectiveness of breast cancer screening using individual risk prediction models. Three other passions govern his life; sport, playing guitar and travelling to get to know new cultures.
