Maria Val Casals studied Biomedical Sciences in the Autonomous University of Barcelona and has a Master’s Degree in Biomedical research from the Pompeu Fabra University. Currently she is a third-year PhD student in the NFAT proteins and immune cells laboratory, led by Cristina López Rodríguez and Jose Aramburu in the Department of Experimental and Health Sciences, Pompeu Fabra University (DCEXS-UPF).
