{"id":9642,"date":"2019-08-05T12:53:44","date_gmt":"2019-08-05T10:53:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/?p=9642"},"modified":"2019-09-04T14:36:41","modified_gmt":"2019-09-04T12:36:41","slug":"embl-barcelona-organitza-una-trobada-sobre-el-desenvolupament-i-la-regeneracio-dextremitats","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/embl-barcelona-organitza-una-trobada-sobre-el-desenvolupament-i-la-regeneracio-dextremitats\/","title":{"rendered":"EMBL Barcelona organitza una trobada sobre el desenvolupament i la regeneraci\u00f3 d&#8217;extremitats"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El <a href=\"https:\/\/www.embl.es\/training\/events\/2019\/LDV19-01\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">taller EMBO<\/a>, organitzat pel director del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.embl.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Laboratori Europeu de Biologia Molecular\u00a0\u2013 Barcelona (EMBL Barcelona)<\/a>, James Sharpe. juntament amb Marian Ros (CSIC-SODERCAN) i Miguel Torres (CNIC), va comen\u00e7ar el 2 de juliol al <a href=\"http:\/\/www.prbb.org\/ca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Parc de Recerca Biom\u00e8dica de Barcelona (PRBB)<\/a> i va reunir m\u00e9s de 150 participants, 50 ponents i 64 p\u00f2sters.<\/p>\n<p>A la trobada es van tractar diversos aspectes que tenen lloc durant el desenvolupament i en malalties de les extremitats, tals com la\u00a0<strong>regulaci\u00f3 g\u00e8nica<\/strong>, la\u00a0<strong>diferenciaci\u00f3<\/strong>, la\u00a0<strong>morfog\u00e8nesi<\/strong> i el\u00a0<strong>creixement<\/strong>. Es va voler destacar la import\u00e0ncia de la <a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/la-ciencia-requereix-multidisciplinarietat-i-internacionalitat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">interdisciplinarietat en ci\u00e8ncia<\/a>\u00a0a trav\u00e9s de xerrades sobre\u00a0<strong>sistemes biol\u00f2gics i modelatge computacional de la morfog\u00e8nesi<\/strong>. Aquest sistema s&#8217;utilitza per crear ratolins mutats amb capacitat de replicar s\u00edndromes que, en els \u00e9ssers humans, afecten a les extremitats. No obstant, aquests <a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/debat-sobre-lexperimentacio-animal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ratolins tamb\u00e9 s\u00f3n utilitzats<\/a> per fer un<a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/buscant-lorigen-de-les-cel%c2%b7lules-mare-intestinals\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> seguiment de determinats llinatges cel\u00b7lulars<\/a>, i aix\u00ed investigar els processos de diferenciaci\u00f3 cel\u00b7lular en el desenvolupament de les extremitats i durant la regeneraci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Un dels ponents, <a href=\"https:\/\/medicine.llu.edu\/research\/department-pathology-and-human-anatomy\/division-anatomy\/faculty\/kerby-c-oberg-md-phd\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kerby Oberg<\/a>, tamb\u00e9 va parlar sobre l&#8217;\u00fas de CRISPR. Oberg investiga sobre la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Nail%E2%80%93patella_syndrome\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>S\u00edndrome de Nail-Patella (NPS)<\/strong><\/a>, caracteritzada per causar\u00a0<strong>displ\u00e0sia unguial<\/strong> degut a l&#8217;haploinsufici\u00e8ncia del gen hum\u00e0 LMX1B.\u00a0 Se sap que aquest gen \u00e9s necessari durant el desenvolupament de les extremitats per a la dorsalitzaci\u00f3 de les extremitats distals. Per tal d&#8217;entendre com afecta aquesta condici\u00f3 al desenvolupament de les extremitats, es van crear ratolins als que se&#8217;ls havia eliminat les parts reguladores del gen LMX1B, mitjan\u00e7ant la t\u00e8cnica CRISPR-Cas. Aix\u00f2 va provocar malformacions a les extremitats.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>&#8230; i mostres antigues<\/h2>\n<p>La biologia es pot estudiar de diferents maneres: amb models animals, <a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/de-cel%c2%b7lules-mare-a-models-computacionals\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">l\u00ednies cel\u00b7lulars, modelatge computacional<\/a> o a trav\u00e9s de l&#8217;an\u00e0lisi de mostres. Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s quelcom que vam aprendre de la ponent <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eeb.ucla.edu\/indivfaculty.php?FacultyKey=11634\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Karen Sears<\/a>\u00a0(Universitat de Calif\u00f2rnia, EEUU). La seva recerca se centra en\u00a0<strong>entendre els canvis regulatoris en l&#8217;evoluci\u00f3 de l&#8217;expressi\u00f3 g\u00e8nica i el desenvolupament de la morfologia en diferents esp\u00e8cies de mam\u00edfers<\/strong>, tals com cavalls, humans, ratolins i ratpenats. Cal destacar que Sears\u00a0<strong>va estar analitzant la morfologia de les ales dels ratpenats en una col\u00b7lecci\u00f3 d&#8217;embrions d&#8217;aquest mam\u00edfer, guardats en un museu durant deu anys<\/strong>.
