En el cas de la\u00a0<strong>biologia computacional<\/strong>, \u00e9s essencial poder entendre el codi escrit per reproduir una an\u00e0lisi. No obstant aix\u00f2, el raonament darrere de la creaci\u00f3 d&#8217;un determinat codi es d\u00f3na de vegades per assumit i no es presta suficient atenci\u00f3 per deixar clar com es va crear.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cEls fets individuals no reprodu\u00efbles no tenen cap import\u00e0ncia per a la ci\u00e8ncia\u201d<br \/><strong>Karl Popper<br \/><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>El <a href=\"http:\/\/www.crg.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Centre de Regulaci\u00f3 Gen\u00f2mica (CRG)<\/a> va organitzar un <strong>taller<\/strong> el passat mes d&#8217;abril en aquest context. De format molt <strong>pr\u00e0ctic<\/strong>, el taller va reunir a unes 30 persones &#8211; estudiants de doctorat, bioinform\u00e0tics i estudiants universitaris, majorit\u00e0riament de m\u00e0ster &#8211; que volien aprendre a fer la seva <strong>recerca<\/strong> m\u00e9s <strong>reprodu\u00efble, transparent i col\u00b7laborativa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/orcid.org\/0000-0002-8731-3530\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Ulf Tolch<\/strong><\/a>,<\/span>\u00a0del centre QUEST de Berl\u00edn, Alemanya, es va encarregar de impartir aquest seminari interactiu de 4 hores, que va tenir lloc el 9 d&#8217;abril a la sala Charles Darwin del <a href=\"http:\/\/www.prbb.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Parc de Recerca Biom\u00e8dica de Barcelona (PRBB)<\/a>.
