{"id":7927,"date":"2007-09-10T11:13:34","date_gmt":"2007-09-10T09:13:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/?p=7927"},"modified":"2019-06-05T18:22:34","modified_gmt":"2019-06-05T16:22:34","slug":"estudiant-la-divisio-cel%c2%b7lular-en-granotes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/estudiant-la-divisio-cel%c2%b7lular-en-granotes\/","title":{"rendered":"Estudiant la divisi\u00f3 cel\u00b7lular en granotes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El grup d&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/isabelle-vernos-crg-encara-em-sorpren-la-bellesa-duna-cel%c2%b7lula-en-divisio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Isabelle Vernos<\/strong><\/a>, integrat en el programa de Biologia Cel\u00b7lular i Desenvolupament del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crg.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Centre de Regulaci\u00f3 Gen\u00f2mica (CRG)<\/a> des del 2005, estudia <strong>el rol dels microt\u00fabuls al citoesquelet cel\u00b7lular<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Els microt\u00fabuls t\u00e9nen funcions molt importants:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>donen forma a la c\u00e8l\u00b7lula<\/li>\n<li>faciliten <a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/classificant-les-proteines-a-la-cel%c2%b7lula\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">el transport de mol\u00e8cules dins la c\u00e8l\u00b7lula<\/a><\/li>\n<li>s\u2019encarreguen del repartiment dels cromosomes entre les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules filles durant la divisi\u00f3 cel\u00b7lular<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Quan una c\u00e8l.lula es divideix els microt\u00fabuls formen un fus, al centre del qual es col\u00b7loquen els cromosomes. Aquest <strong>fus mit\u00f2tic<\/strong> servir\u00e0 de guia per tal que la meitat dels cromosomes vagin a cada nova c\u00e8l\u00b7lula.<\/p>\n<p>El <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crg.eu\/en\/programmes-groups\/vernos-lab\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">grup de Vernos<\/a>, format per 10 persones de 6 nacionalitats diferents, intenta entendre com els microt\u00fabuls, amb l\u2019ajut de <strong>prote\u00efnes associades <\/strong>(motors moleculars, kinases, fosfatases, GTPases), s\u2019auto-organitzen per formar aquesta complexa estructura. Amb aquesta finalitat fan servir un sistema experimental molt curi\u00f3s mitjan\u00e7ant <strong>ous de granota<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Es recullen ous no fecundats de <strong><em>Xenopus laevis<\/em><\/strong>, la <strong>granota model<\/strong> per excel\u00e8ncia, i se\u2019n fa un extracte que permet de refer <em>in vitro<\/em> el cicle cel\u00b7lular. En efecte, en afegir-hi el nucli de l\u2019esperma, aquest extracte es comporta com ho faria l\u2019ou fecundat: comen\u00e7a a \u2018dividir-se\u00b4 i forma un fus mit\u00f2tic observable amb el microscopi.
