Dues joves estudiants de doctorat, Alba Navarro-Romero i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.upf.edu\/web\/biomed\/inici\/-\/asset_publisher\/Us0jfwFAevmx\/content\/id\/138106770\/maximized\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Anna V\u00e1zquez-Oliver<\/a>, del\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.upf.edu\/web\/neurophar\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Laboratori de\u00a0Neurofarmacologia<\/a>-NeuroPhar\u00a0del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.upf.edu\/web\/biomed\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Departament de Ci\u00e8ncies Experimentals i de la Salut de la Universitat Pompeu Fabra (DCEXS-UPF)<\/a>,\u00a0dirigit per Andr\u00e9s\u00a0Ozaita\u00a0i\u00a0Rafael Maldonado, han observat recentment que\u00a0ratolins model per a la\u00a0<strong>s\u00edndrome de\u00a0Down <\/strong>&#8211;\u00a0tant mascles com femelles &#8211;\u00a0\u00a0tenien <strong>m\u00e9s receptors cannabinoides\u00a0CB1<\/strong> a l&#8217;hipocamp, i que aquests eren\u00a0m\u00e9s actius. A m\u00e9s, van poder demostrar que\u00a0inhibint els receptors CB1, tant gen\u00e8ticament com famacol\u00f2gicament, es reduien els problemes de mem\u00f2ria dels ratolins.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Ratolins model per a la s\u00edndrome de\u00a0Down tenen m\u00e9s\u00a0receptors cannabinoides\u00a0CB1\u00a0a l\u2019hipocamp.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed, l&#8217;estudi demostra que el <strong>sistema\u00a0endocannabinoide<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; que participa en l&#8217;aprenentatge i la mem\u00f2ria,\u00a0 entre d&#8217;altres processos &#8211; est\u00e0 relacionat amb les<strong> alteracions cognitives<\/strong>\u00a0t\u00edpiques de la\u00a0<strong>s\u00edndrome de\u00a0Down<\/strong>, i\u00a0que el receptor per a\u00a0cannabinoides\u00a0de tipus 1 (CB1) seria en una <strong>possible diana terap\u00e8utica<\/strong> per aquesta s\u00edndrome, que \u00e9s la causa gen\u00e8tica m\u00e9s comuna de discapacitat intel\u00b7lectual.<\/p>\n<p>En l&#8217;estudi tamb\u00e9 han participat cient\u00edfics de la Universitat Pablo de\u00a0Olavide, l&#8217;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.imim.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Institut Hospital del Mar d\u2019Investigacions M\u00e8diques\u00a0(IMIM)<\/a>, el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.crg.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Centre de Regulaci\u00f3 Gen\u00f2mica (CRG)<\/a>, la Universitat Aut\u00f2noma de Barcelona (UAB), i l&#8217;INSERM.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">Vols veure la teva foto aqu\u00ed?
