{"id":49520,"date":"2025-10-09T10:07:51","date_gmt":"2025-10-09T08:07:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/?p=49520"},"modified":"2025-10-09T10:07:52","modified_gmt":"2025-10-09T08:07:52","slug":"un-nou-sistema-de-cribratge-obre-la-porta-a-farmacs-mes-selectius","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/un-nou-sistema-de-cribratge-obre-la-porta-a-farmacs-mes-selectius\/","title":{"rendered":"Un nou sistema de cribratge obre la porta a f\u00e0rmacs m\u00e9s selectius"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Equips investigadors del <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.upf.edu\/web\/biomed\" target=\"_blank\">Departament de Medicina i Ci\u00e8ncies de la vida, Universitat Pompeu Fabra (MELIS-UPF)<\/a> i de la Universitat de Stanford <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.upf.edu\/web\/focus\/w\/sistema-cribratge-dianes-terapeutiques\" target=\"_blank\">han desenvolupat un <strong>nou sistema experimental de cribratge<\/strong> <\/a>capa\u00e7 d\u2019identificar p\u00e8ptids amb un alt potencial terap\u00e8utic i una selectivitat extraordin\u00e0ria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El m\u00e8tode es basa en l\u2019\u00fas de <strong>bacteri\u00f2fags modificats <\/strong>biol\u00f2gica i qu\u00edmicament que <strong>permeten analitzar fins a un bili\u00f3 de p\u00e8ptids alhora<\/strong>, detectant aquells que distingeixen amb gran precisi\u00f3 prote\u00efnes molt similars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gr\u00e0cies a dues innovacions en la metodolog\u00eda de presentaci\u00f3 en bacteri\u00f2fags (\u201cphage display\u201d), els equips investigadors han aconseguit reduir les unions inespec\u00edfiques i augmentar l\u2019exactitud en la detecci\u00f3 de prote\u00efnes. Amb aquest sistema <strong>han identificat p\u00e8ptids capa\u00e7os de diferenciar<\/strong> amb \u00e8xit la prote\u00efna FAP\u03b1, sobreexpressada en el 90% dels carcinomes, i la DPP4, una prote\u00efna clau en el control de la glucosa; <strong>dues prote\u00efnes molt semblants (amb un 70% d\u2019homologia), per\u00f2 involucrades en malalties diferents<\/strong>.
