{"id":49296,"date":"2025-09-01T13:29:29","date_gmt":"2025-09-01T11:29:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/?p=49296"},"modified":"2025-09-01T13:29:02","modified_gmt":"2025-09-01T11:29:02","slug":"noves-dianes-potencials-per-al-melanoma-i-el-limfoma","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/noves-dianes-potencials-per-al-melanoma-i-el-limfoma\/","title":{"rendered":"Noves dianes potencials per al melanoma i el limfoma"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dos estudis recents del <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.crg.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\">Centre de Regulaci\u00f3 Gen\u00f2mica (CRG)<\/a> han apuntat a un gen que podria ser una nova diana potencial per bloquejar la metastatis en el melanoma, i a m\u00e9s de 50 implicats en el limfoma de c\u00e8l\u00b7lules del mantell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:46px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Prevenci\u00f3 del melanoma metast\u00e0tic<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.crg.eu\/en\/news\/melanoma-sat-nav-discovery-could-help-curb-metastasis\" target=\"_blank\">primer estudi<\/a>, liderat per <strong>F\u00e1tima Gebauer<\/strong>, ha identificat la prote\u00efna <strong>eIF2A<\/strong> com un motor cr\u00edtic de la migraci\u00f3 cel\u00b7lular del melanoma, oferint una potencial diana terap\u00e8utica per prevenir la <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/entenent-el-moviment-de-les-cellules-metastatiques\/\" target=\"_blank\">met\u00e0stasi<\/a>. Tot i que tradicionalment est\u00e0 relacionat amb la s\u00edntesi de prote\u00efnes sota estr\u00e8s, l&#8217;equip investigador va trobar que eIF2A <strong>guia l&#8217;orientaci\u00f3 del centrosoma, permetent que les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules malignes es moguin a trav\u00e9s dels teixits i es propaguin<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:56px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>\u00abHem trobat que eIF2A funciona per preservar parts del centrosoma perqu\u00e8 apunti la c\u00e8l\u00b7lula en la direcci\u00f3 correcta durant el moviment\u00bb<br><strong>&nbsp;Jennifer Jungfleisch<\/strong> (CRG), primera autora de l&#8217;estudi.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:55px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al desactivar eIF2A a <strong>l\u00ednies cel\u00b7lulars de melanoma metast\u00e0tic<\/strong>, les investigadores van aturar el creixement de l&#8217;esfera tumoral, afectant la migraci\u00f3 sense afectar la producci\u00f3 de prote\u00efnes. Van veure que eIF2A era essencial nom\u00e9s despr\u00e9s de la transformaci\u00f3 maligna, \u00e9s a dir, <a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/descobert-un-dels-mecanismes-clau-per-entendre-la-metastasi-tumoral\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">un cop  les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules es tornen metast\u00e0siques<\/a>. Aix\u00f2 suggereix una finestra terap\u00e8utica on es podria evitar atacar a teixits sans. El grup investigador destaca que afectant la prote\u00efna eIF2A es podria bloquejar la propagaci\u00f3 del melanoma i obrir noves estrat\u00e8gies per combatre la <a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/identificada-una-proteina-dunio-a-larn-involucrada-en-la-metastasi-del-melanoma\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">met\u00e0stasi del melanoma<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:54px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Translocaci\u00f3 cromos\u00f2mica en limfoma de c\u00e8l\u00b7lules del mantell<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.crg.eu\/en\/news\/study-explains-how-lymphoma-rewires-human-genome\" target=\"_blank\">segon estudi <\/a>del CRG, aquest liderat per <strong>Ren\u00e9e Beekman, <\/strong>ha revelat una nova manera en qu\u00e8 la translocaci\u00f3 cromos\u00f2mica pot promoure el c\u00e0ncer. El seu equip va utilitzar <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/edicio-del-genoma-amb-crispr\/\" target=\"_blank\">CRISPR <\/a>per recrear el trencament cromos\u00f2mic m\u00e9s vist en pacients amb <strong>limfoma de c\u00e8l\u00b7lules del mantell<\/strong>, un subtipus rar per\u00f2 agressiu de limfoma, on un tros de cromosoma 14 canvia de lloc amb un tros de cromosoma 11. Se sabia que aquesta translocaci\u00f3 mou l&#8217;element regulador <strong>potenciador IGH<\/strong>, que normalment augmenta l&#8217;activitat de la producci\u00f3 d&#8217;anticossos en c\u00e8l\u00b7lules B sanes, just al costat de CCND1, un gen que ajuda a les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules a dividir-se. El potenciador IGH tracta CCND1 com si fos un gen que codifica anticossos, augmentant la seva expressi\u00f3 i provocant c\u00e0ncer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per\u00f2 l&#8217;augment de l&#8217;activitat de CCND1 per si sol no inicia el limfoma.
