{"id":48639,"date":"2025-07-02T14:27:36","date_gmt":"2025-07-02T12:27:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/?p=48639"},"modified":"2025-08-13T10:23:14","modified_gmt":"2025-08-13T08:23:14","slug":"els-bacteris-resistents-als-antibiotics-es-podrien-combatre-amb-peptids-derivats-de-proteines-humanes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/els-bacteris-resistents-als-antibiotics-es-podrien-combatre-amb-peptids-derivats-de-proteines-humanes\/","title":{"rendered":"Els bacteris resistents als antibi\u00f2tics es podrien combatre amb p\u00e8ptids derivats de prote\u00efnes humanes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Investigadors del <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.upf.edu\/web\/biomed\" target=\"_blank\">Departament de Medicina i Ci\u00e8ncies de la Vida de la Universitat Pompeu Fabra (MELIS-UPF)<\/a> han col\u00b7laborat en la <strong>identificaci\u00f3 d\u2019una nova classe de p\u00e8ptids amb activitat antimicrobiana<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.upf.edu\/web\/focus\/w\/identifican-una-nueva-fuente-de-antibi%C3%B3ticos-naturales-escondidos-dentro-de-nuestras-propias-prote%C3%ADnas\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">L\u2019estudi<\/a>, que ha estat dirigit des de la UAB i en el que tamb\u00e9 han col\u00b7laborat el CIBER de Malalties Infeccioses (CIBERINFEC), l\u2019Hospital Universitari Vall d\u2019Hebron i el IQS-CSIC, ha trobat unes regions de les <a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/lestructura-proteica-clau-en-levolucio-i-la-salut\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>prote\u00efnes<\/em><\/a><em> d\u2019uni\u00f3 a glicosaminoglicans <\/em>(HBPs) que reconeixen i poden combatre els bacteris gramnegatius <a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/una-nova-forma-de-lluitar-contra-la-resistencia-als-antibiotics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">resistents als antibi\u00f2tics<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Normalment, aquestes regions s\u2019uneixen a l\u2019heparina per regular la coagulaci\u00f3 i la inflamaci\u00f3. No obstant, l\u2019heparina \u00e9s estructuralment semblant a les unitats en la superf\u00edcie dels <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/els-bacteris-poden-ajudar-se-entre-ells-a-resistir-millor-als-antibiotics\/\" target=\"_blank\">bacteris<\/a> gramnegatius, el que <strong>permet que les HBPs tamb\u00e9 les reconeguin i les combatin<\/strong>. Aix\u00f2 ha portat a l\u2019equip a analitzar <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/la-formacio-del-fus-mitotic-depen-nomes-de-dues-proteines\/\" target=\"_blank\">computacionalment<\/a> m\u00e9s d\u2019un centenar de HBPs per identificar aquestes regions de potencial uni\u00f3 als bacteris i <strong>sintetitzar cinc p\u00e8ptids, o seq\u00fc\u00e8ncies curtes de prote\u00efna, basats en aquestes regions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Els <a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/microproteines-per-generar-vacunes-contra-el-cancer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">p\u00e8ptids<\/a> generats han mostrat una <strong>potent activitat <em>in vitro<\/em> <\/strong>contra <em>Escherichia coli<\/em>, <a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/medicina-viva-contra-les-afeccions-pulmonars\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>Pseudomonas aeruginosa<\/em><\/a> o <em>Acinetobacter baumannii<\/em>, que poden ser <a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/vols-ajudar-a-resoldre-la-crisi-de-resistencia-als-antibiotics-juga-correctament-les-teves-cartes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">resistents als antibi\u00f2tics<\/a>, tot i que han estat menys efectius contra els bacteris grampositius.
