{"id":44644,"date":"2024-09-30T18:27:48","date_gmt":"2024-09-30T16:27:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/?p=44644"},"modified":"2024-09-30T18:27:51","modified_gmt":"2024-09-30T16:27:51","slug":"el-llarg-viatge-dels-microorganismes-a-gran-alcada","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/el-llarg-viatge-dels-microorganismes-a-gran-alcada\/","title":{"rendered":"El llarg viatge dels microorganismes a gran al\u00e7ada"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fins ara, s\u2019havia analitzat la pres\u00e8ncia de microorganismes<strong> <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/la-microbiota-dels-nounats-mes-enlla-de-la-mare\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">al nostre interior<\/a>, en superf\u00edcies, s\u00f2l, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/trec-una-expedicio-que-recorre-mars-i-oceans-per-coneixer-els-seus-ecosistemes\/\" target=\"_blank\">aigua<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/la-contaminacio-de-laire-i-el-risc-cardiovascular-a-lindia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">aire<\/a>&#8230; per\u00f2 no aire de tan amunt. Ara un equip investigador de l&#8217;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.isglobal.org\/ca\/\" target=\"_blank\">Institut de Salut Global de Barcelona (ISGlobal)<\/a> ha fet el<strong> primer <\/strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.isglobal.org\/ca\/-\/bioaerosoles-en-la-troposfera\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>estudi<\/strong><\/a> on s\u2019han pres <strong>mostres de la troposfera<\/strong> per veure el seu contingut en <strong>microorganismes <\/strong>i quin <strong>recorregut <\/strong>fan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019<strong>aire<\/strong> que s\u2019eleva a la<strong> Xina continental<\/strong> es mou <strong>fins <\/strong>a <strong>Jap\u00f3<\/strong>, on <strong>descendeix <\/strong>a la ciutat de <strong>T\u00f2quio <\/strong>a causa de les condicions meteorol\u00f2giques de l\u2019hivern. Aquestes <strong>corrents d\u2019aire<\/strong> s\u00f3n precisament els camins que van <strong>seguir <\/strong>els i les investigadores per <strong>prendre <\/strong>fins a <strong>22 mostres de filtres d\u2019aerosol<\/strong>.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019an\u00e0lisi posterior revela que hi ha <strong>m\u00e9s de 570 g\u00e8neres de microorganismes diferents<\/strong> entre fongs i bacteris. Aquests, <strong>s\u2019associen<\/strong> als <strong>aerosols<\/strong>, sovint acompanyats tamb\u00e9 de <strong>sulfat de zinc i potassi<\/strong>, unes subst\u00e0ncies utilitzades com a <strong>fertilitzants i <a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/nuria-guil-oumrait-isglobal-els-efectes-nocius-dels-pesticides-en-la-salut-dels-nens-haurien-de-motivar-a-les-agencies-reguladores-ambientals\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pesticides<\/a><\/strong>. Aquest fet n\u2019indica un origen agr\u00edcola, molt t\u00edpic del nord-est de la Xina, capa\u00e7 de rec\u00f3rrer en l\u2019aire m\u00e9s de 2.000 kil\u00f2metres de dist\u00e0ncia.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dels <strong>microorganismes <\/strong>identificats, se n\u2019han trobat de <strong>pat\u00f2gens <\/strong>en estat <strong>viable<\/strong>, amb <strong>capacitat per infectar<\/strong> i arribar a causar malalties en persones susceptibles i immunodeprimides. A m\u00e9s, alguns dels bacteris mostren <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/resistencies-microbianes-als-anitibiotics-on-estem\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">resist\u00e8ncies a antibi\u00f2tics <\/a>d\u2019\u00fas com\u00fa<\/strong>. Aix\u00f2 suggereix que la resist\u00e8ncia podria <strong>escampar-se a grans dist\u00e0ncies<\/strong>, fet que fins ara era desconegut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:64px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<style>.embed-container { position: relative; padding-bottom: 56.25%; height: 0; overflow: hidden; max-width: 100%; } .embed-container iframe, .embed-container object, .embed-container embed { position: absolute; top: 0; left: 0; width: 100%; height: 100%; }<\/style><div class=\"embed-container\"><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/2ek3qfiq_3g\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:62px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les <strong>mostres d\u2019aire<\/strong> que es van prendre a <strong>1.000 i 3.000 metres d\u2019al\u00e7ada<\/strong> tenen resultats <strong>similars <\/strong>a <strong>mostres del terra<\/strong> de la ciutat de Ch\u014dfu, propera a T\u00f2quio. La comparaci\u00f3 evidencia que<strong> l\u2019aire baixa des de grans altituds fins la superf\u00edcie<\/strong>, una <strong>explicaci\u00f3 <\/strong>que ha estat <strong>simulada <\/strong>amb els models fets per <strong>Roger Curcoll<\/strong>, investigador de la BarcelonaTech-UPC.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/la-salut-del-planeta-es-la-salut-de-lhome\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Xavier Rod\u00f3<\/strong>,<\/a> primer autor de l\u2019article, explica que <strong>certs materials poden despla\u00e7ar-se llargues dist\u00e0ncies en l\u2019aire perqu\u00e8 a m\u00e9s altitud ens allunyem de la superf\u00edcie i hi ha menys fricci\u00f3<\/strong>.
