D\u2019algunes no se\u2019n sap la forma ni la funci\u00f3, per\u00f2 s\u00ed que se\u2019n pot tenir la seq\u00fc\u00e8ncia d\u2019ADN que les codifica. Aquesta seq\u00fc\u00e8ncia ha estat la base d\u2019una col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 entre el <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cabd.es\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\">Centre Andal\u00fas de Biologia del Desenvolupament (CABD)<\/a> i l\u2019<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ibe.upf-csic.es\/\" target=\"_blank\">Institut de Biologia Evolutiva (IBE: CSIC-UPF)<\/a> per <strong>analitzar prote\u00efnes amb <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/tag\/ia\/\" target=\"_blank\">intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia artificial<\/a><\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ibe.upf-csic.es\/home\/-\/asset_publisher\/T2caeLMECPvW\/content\/a-study-shows-that-artificial-intelligence-can-decipher-the-function-of-unknown-proteins\/maximized\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">estudi<\/a> <\/strong>ha analitzat <strong>seq\u00fc\u00e8ncies d\u2019organismes model<\/strong> (llevat, ratol\u00ed i <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/de-mosques-i-humans\/\" target=\"_blank\">mosca de la fruita<\/a>) a trav\u00e9s del <em><strong>deep learning<\/strong><\/em> o aprenentatge profund i s\u2019han pogut <strong>determinar i classificar<\/strong> amb gran detall les<strong> funcions de prote\u00efnes<\/strong> de les quals no se\u2019n tenia informaci\u00f3 pr\u00e8via. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:31px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>A trav\u00e9s d&#8217;aprenentatge profund, els grups de recerca han pogut determina la funci\u00f3 de prote\u00efnes de les que no s&#8217;en tenia m\u00e9s informaci\u00f3 que la sequ\u00fc\u00e8ncia d&#8217;ADN que les codifica.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:31px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Els i les autores tamb\u00e9 han vist que, d\u2019entre els dos m\u00e8todes de <em>deep learning<\/em> utilitzats, els <strong>models de llenguatge<\/strong> o <em>transformers<\/em> s\u00f3n m\u00e9s eficients que les <strong>xarxes convolucionals<\/strong>. Aquest darrer m\u00e8tode es basa en el processament per imatges, mentre que els <em>transformers<\/em> processen seq\u00fc\u00e8ncies i llenguatge, fet que els fa ser m\u00e9s informatius i precisos, a m\u00e9s de poder recuperar informaci\u00f3 a partir de seq\u00fc\u00e8ncies d\u2019ARN.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aquesta recerca resulta vital per abordar la problem\u00e0tica del <strong>proteoma fosc<\/strong>, format per totes aquelles prote\u00efnes de les quals no se\u2019n t\u00e9 informaci\u00f3. Aix\u00ed, es poden<strong> analitzar prote\u00efnes i identificar<\/strong> funcions de gens amb <strong>potencial biom\u00e8dic i biotecnol\u00f2gic<\/strong>, sobretot en organismes poc estudiats fins ara, diu <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/biodiversity-genomics-europe-una-empenta-a-la-conservacio-de-la-biodiversitat-a-europa\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Rosa Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>,<\/a> co-l\u00edder de l\u2019estudi a l\u2019IBE (CSIC-UPF). Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s d\u2019especial rellev\u00e0ncia ara que <a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/investigadors-del-prbb-sequenciaran-el-genoma-de-quatre-especies-endemiques-pel-projecte-del-biogenoma-de-la-terra\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">s&#8217;estan seq\u00fcenciant organismes desconeguts en grans quantitats<\/a>, donant lloc a <a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/tomas-marques-bonet-ibe-volem-sequenciar-les-70-000-especies-de-vertebrats-en-els-proxims-10-anys\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">milions de seq\u00fc\u00e8ncies<\/a>, de les quals no podem predir la funci\u00f3 usant m\u00e8todes tradicionals.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:55px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El proteoma fosc compr\u00e8n les prote\u00efnes de les quals no se\u2019n coneix la seva estructura ni funci\u00f3.
