Aquesta reconversi\u00f3 en c\u00e8l\u00b7lules mare fa que una vegada desdiferenciades, puguin produir qualsevol altre tipus cel\u00b7lular. Un <strong>proc\u00e9s complicat<\/strong>, per\u00f2 amb un gran potencial per a la medicina, especialment trasplantament d&#8217;\u00f2rgans i teixits i altres<strong> tractaments personalitzats<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Hist\u00f2ricament, l&#8217;obtenci\u00f3 d&#8217;iPSC femenines ha estat tot un repte<\/strong>. Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s perqu\u00e8, per evitar la duplicaci\u00f3 de productes gen\u00e8tics, un dels dos cromosomes X en les dones est\u00e0 inactiu. I per aconseguir c\u00e8l\u00b7lules mare d&#8217;alta qualitat cal <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/apagar-i-encendre-el-cromosoma-x\/\" target=\"_blank\">activar els dos cromosomes X<\/a> durant la reprogramaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ara, una col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 entre laboratoris del <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.crg.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\">Centre de Regulaci\u00f3 Gen\u00f2mica (CRG)<\/a> i de l&#8217;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.imim.es\/\" target=\"_blank\">Hospital del Mar Research Institute<\/a>, ha trobat que l&#8217;<strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/nou-element-clau-en-la-regulacio-dels-interferons-durant-la-resposta-immunologica\/\" target=\"_blank\">interfer\u00f3<\/a> gamma (INF\u0263)<\/strong>, la funci\u00f3 del qual s&#8217;associa al reclutament del sistema immune durant les infeccions v\u00edriques, podria jugar un paper clau en l&#8217;obtenci\u00f3 de c\u00e8l\u00b7lules iPSC de pacients amb <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/tractar-amb-lequilibri-de-genere\/\" target=\"_blank\">dos cromosomes X<\/a><\/strong> (majorment dones, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 homes que tenen un <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/caracteritzades-les-diferencies-sexuals-en-el-transcriptoma-huma\/\" target=\"_blank\">cromosoma X <\/a>extra a causa de la s\u00edndrome de Klinefelter, per exemple). Aix\u00ed mateix, han observat que, en un cultiu de c\u00e8l\u00b7lules precursores neuronals de <strong>ratol\u00ed<\/strong>, l&#8217;INF\u0263 va <strong>reduir en un dia el temps d&#8217;obtenci\u00f3 de les iPSC<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cL&#8217;INF\u0263 ajuda les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules a respondre a les infeccions virals obrint l&#8217;ADN i activant r\u00e0pidament l&#8217;expressi\u00f3 g\u00e8nica. Una possible explicaci\u00f3 del seu paper en la reprogramaci\u00f3 \u00e9s que, en obrir l&#8217;ADN com una clo\u00efssa, s&#8217;exposen certs gens, facilitant-ne la reprogramaci\u00f3 i accelerant la transformaci\u00f3 de la c\u00e8l\u00b7lula en una c\u00e8l\u00b7lula mare\u201d<\/p><cite><strong>Mercedes Barrero, primera autora (CRG)<\/strong><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cL&#8217;addici\u00f3 d&#8217;INF\u0263 en c\u00e8l\u00b7lules de ratol\u00ed va fer que la reactivaci\u00f3 del cromosoma X fos <strong>dues vegades m\u00e9s eficient<\/strong>. Tot i que les iPSC resultants eren de la mateixa qualitat, sospitem que \u00e9s probable que en humans, INF\u0263 sigui una pe\u00e7a clau en la millora de la qualitat de les l\u00ednies de c\u00e8l\u00b7lules femenines\u201d, explica <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/a-la-recerca-academica-fas-el-que-testimula-no-el-que-et-diuen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bernhard Payer<\/a><\/strong>, investigador principal de l&#8217;estudi i cap de grup al CRG.
