{"id":43666,"date":"2024-07-19T09:42:53","date_gmt":"2024-07-19T07:42:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/?p=43666"},"modified":"2024-12-09T17:36:43","modified_gmt":"2024-12-09T16:36:43","slug":"microproteines-per-generar-vacunes-contra-el-cancer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/microproteines-per-generar-vacunes-contra-el-cancer\/","title":{"rendered":"Microprote\u00efnes per generar vacunes contra el c\u00e0ncer"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.imim.cat\/noticies\/1266\/troben-microproteines-generades-als-tumors-que-permetran-crear-noves-vacunes-contra-el-cancer\" target=\"_blank\">Un estudi<\/a> publicat recentment ha identificat una s\u00e8rie de \u2018<strong>microprote\u00efnes<\/strong>\u2019 que podrien jugar un paper clau <strong>per generar vacunes contra el c\u00e0ncer de fetge<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aquestes prote\u00efnes tant petites (20-60 amino\u00e0cids, respecte als 450 de mitjana que tenen les prote\u00efnes en general) s\u00f3n expressades per gens que fins fa poc es creia que no donaven lloc a cap prote\u00efna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ara, un grup d\u2019investigadores ha utilitzat una s\u00e8rie de t\u00e8cniques computacionals i experimentals aplicades a <strong>m\u00e9s de cent mostres de tumors hep\u00e0tics<\/strong>, per identificar un grup d\u2019aquestes microprote\u00efnes amb unes caracter\u00edstiques molt interessants:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Les produeixen nom\u00e9s les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules del tumor de fetge<\/li><li>S\u00f3n capaces d\u2019estimular el sistema immunitari&nbsp;<\/li><li>13 d&#8217;aquestes microprote\u00efnes s\u2019expressen en m\u00e9s del 10% dels pacients &nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aquestes caracter\u00edstiques converteixen aquestes microprote\u00efnes en potencials dianes per al desenvolupament de vacunes contra el c\u00e0ncer de fetge. En efecte, aquestes microprote\u00efnes de per s\u00ed <strong>generen una resposta immunit\u00e0ria espec\u00edfica contra les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules canceroses<\/strong> que les expressen. Aquesta reacci\u00f3 <strong>es podria incrementar amb vacunes d\u2019ARN o p\u00e8ptids<\/strong>, que estimulin encara m\u00e9s el sistema inmunitari. Aix\u00f2 podria ajudar a aturar o reduir el creixement dels tumors. Aquest ser\u00e0 el proper objectiu de l\u2019equip, que tamb\u00e9 est\u00e0 explorant&nbsp;si aquest tipus de microprote\u00efnes estan tamb\u00e9 en altres tipus de <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/?s=c%C3%A0ncer\" target=\"_blank\">c\u00e0ncer<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#8217;estudi ha estat liderat per <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/mar-alba-nova-directora-del-grib-rep-una-erc-de-25-milions-deuros\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Mar Alb\u00e0<\/strong><\/a> i <strong>J\u00falia Perera-Bel<\/strong> al <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.imim.es\/\" target=\"_blank\">Hospital del Mar Research Institute<\/a>, i<strong> Puri Fortes<\/strong> del Center for Applied Medical Research (CIMA), Universitat de Navarra.
