{"id":43378,"date":"2024-06-27T18:44:40","date_gmt":"2024-06-27T16:44:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/?p=43378"},"modified":"2024-07-09T10:11:41","modified_gmt":"2024-07-09T08:11:41","slug":"pausar-les-cellules-sanguinies-per-poder-les-trasplantar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/pausar-les-cellules-sanguinies-per-poder-les-trasplantar\/","title":{"rendered":"Pausar les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules sangu\u00ednies per poder-les trasplantar"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.imim.es\/noticies\/1261\/descobreixen-la-funcio-duna-proteina-que-pot-obrir-la-porta-a-generar-cel%c2%b7lules-mare-de-la-sang-al-laboratori-per-tractar-la-leucemia-i-altres-malalties\" target=\"_blank\">estudi <\/a>liderat per <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/anna-bigas-hospital-del-mar-research-institute-els-tumors-copien-mecanismes-de-les-cellules-mare-per-fer-se-mes-resistents\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Anna Bigas<\/a><\/strong>, amb investigadors de l\u2019<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.imim.es\/\" target=\"_blank\">Hospital del Mar Research Institute<\/a>, l\u2019<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.carrerasresearch.org\/ca\" target=\"_blank\">Institut Josep Carreras<\/a> i el <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ciberonc.es\/\" target=\"_blank\">CIBER del C\u00e0ncer (CIBERONC)<\/a>, ha estudiat en ratolins el rol de la<strong> prote\u00efna I\u03baB\u03b1<\/strong>, implicada en el proc\u00e9s de la inflamaci\u00f3 i en la regulaci\u00f3 de gens relacionats amb les <strong>c\u00e8l\u00b7lules mare de teixits<\/strong>, com ara la sang. Els seus resultats podrien obrir les portes a la <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/creant-cellules-mare-sanguinies-amb-oganoides-embrionaris\/\" target=\"_blank\">generaci\u00f3 de c\u00e8l\u00b7lules mare al laboratori<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019equip ha trobat que, en<a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/els-animals-en-la-recerca-biomedica\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> embrions de ratol\u00ed<\/a> modificats als quals els faltava aquesta prote\u00efna, <strong>les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules mare entren en un estat de quiesc\u00e8ncia<\/strong>, que \u00e9s com posar pausa al seu desenvolupament, de manera que triguen molt m\u00e9s en diferenciar-se.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aix\u00f2 passa perqu\u00e8<strong> sense I\u03baB\u03b1 hi ha nivells m\u00e9s alts d\u2019\u00e0cid retinoic<\/strong>, i aix\u00f2 fa que les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules indueixin l\u2019estat de quiesc\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aquestes c\u00e8l\u00b7lules, un cop <a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/cap-a-la-generacio-de-cel%c2%b7lules-mare-de-la-sang-al-laboratori\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">generades al laboratori<\/a>, <strong>es poden trasplantar en pacients perqu\u00e8 es converteixin en noves c\u00e8l\u00b7lules de la sang<\/strong>. Fins ara, aix\u00f2 no era possible perqu\u00e8 les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules es diferenciaven massa r\u00e0pid. Per\u00f2 sense la prote\u00efna I\u03baB\u03b1, la quiesc\u00e8ncia s\u2019allarga fins que es trasplanten les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules. Aleshores, s\u2019activen i tenen una gran capacitat de regeneraci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Sense la prote\u00efna I\u03baB\u03b1, la quiesc\u00e8ncia de les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules mare de la sang s\u2019allarga fins que es trasplanten les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules a un pacient, quan s&#8217;activen de nou.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A dia d\u2019avui, els <strong>tractaments per a <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/nova-via-per-superar-la-resistencia-al-tractament-en-un-tipus-de-leucemia\/\" target=\"_blank\">leuc\u00e8mia <\/a>o malalties gen\u00e8tiques de la sang<\/strong> nom\u00e9s es poden fer amb <strong>donacions d\u2019una persona sana<\/strong>.
