{"id":40228,"date":"2024-01-22T12:25:45","date_gmt":"2024-01-22T11:25:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/?p=40228"},"modified":"2024-01-22T12:28:28","modified_gmt":"2024-01-22T11:28:28","slug":"un-acord-per-acollir-noves-tecnologies-capdavanteres-de-citometria-de-flux","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/un-acord-per-acollir-noves-tecnologies-capdavanteres-de-citometria-de-flux\/","title":{"rendered":"Un acord per acollir noves tecnologies capdavanteres de citometria de flux"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La setmana pasada <a href=\"https:\/\/www.upf.edu\/web\/focus\/noticies\/-\/asset_publisher\/qOocsyZZDGHL\/content\/cytek%C2%AE-biosciences-signa-un-acord-amb-el-crg-i-la-upf-per-accelerar-els-descobriments-cient%C3%ADfics\/10193\/maximized\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">es va signar un <strong>acord<\/strong><\/a> entre <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cytekbio.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Cytek Biosciences<\/a>, Inc<\/strong>, empresa estatunidenca l\u00edder en solucions d&#8217;an\u00e0lisi cel\u00b7lular, i el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.crg.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Centre de Regulaci\u00f3 Gen\u00f2mica (CRG)<\/a>i la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.upf.edu\/web\/biomed\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF)<\/a> al <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prbb.org\/?l=ca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Parc de Recerca Biom\u00e8dica de Barcelona (PRBB)<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Segons els termes de l&#8217;acord, Cytek <strong>proporcionar\u00e0<\/strong> a la <strong><a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.upf.edu\/web\/sct-flow-cytometry\" target=\"_blank\">Unitat de Citometria de Flux del CRG-UPF<\/a><\/strong> una nova <strong>plataforma de citometria espectral d&#8217;\u00faltima generaci\u00f3, juntament amb dues persones de suport expertes en aquesta<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La unitat mixta de citometria, fundada el 2001 i amb seu al PRBB, \u00e9s ja un <strong>centre de refer\u00e8ncia mundial per a aplicacions avan\u00e7ades de citometria de flux<\/strong>. Amb aquesta nova m\u00e0quina, que posar\u00e0 a prova una tecnologia innovadora, la unitat avan\u00e7ar\u00e0 encara m\u00e9s per facilitar la recerca i impulsar la innovaci\u00f3 tecnol\u00f2gica, accelerant la nostra comprensi\u00f3 de la biologia cel\u00b7lular, la immunoter\u00e0pia o les metodologies terap\u00e8utiques dirigides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:39px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>\u00abAquesta col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 \u00e9s un reconeixement de l&#8217;immens valor de les metodologies d&#8217;avantguarda desenvolupades per la nostra Unitat\u00bb <\/em><br><em><strong>Oscar Fornas<\/strong>, cap de la Unitat de Citometria de Flux conjunta CRG-UPF<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:39px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La <strong>citometria de flux<\/strong> \u00e9s una t\u00e8cnica utilitzada per mesurar i analitzar les caracter\u00edstiques f\u00edsiques i qu\u00edmiques de les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules a mesura que es mouen a trav\u00e9s de l\u00e0sers.
