{"id":37621,"date":"2023-07-31T12:12:54","date_gmt":"2023-07-31T10:12:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/?p=37621"},"modified":"2023-07-31T12:12:55","modified_gmt":"2023-07-31T10:12:55","slug":"avancant-en-el-desenvolupament-de-farmacs-mes-eficients","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/avancant-en-el-desenvolupament-de-farmacs-mes-eficients\/","title":{"rendered":"Avan\u00e7ant en el desenvolupament de f\u00e0rmacs m\u00e9s eficients"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Els <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/facilitar-el-disseny-de-farmacs-una-plataforma-per-estudiar-les-gpcrs\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>receptors acoblats a prote\u00efnes G (GPCR)<\/strong><\/a> s\u00f3n una gran fam\u00edlia d&#8217;uns 800 tipus de receptors de la membrana cel\u00b7lular que tenen un paper crucial en la <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/transduccio-de-senyal-com-funciona-la-xarxa-de-comunicacio-cel%c2%b7lular\/\" target=\"_blank\">transmissi\u00f3 de senyals<\/a><\/strong> del medi extern a l\u2019interior de les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules. I \u00e9s per aix\u00f2 que s\u00f3n la diana d\u2019un nombre important de f\u00e0rmacs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ara, un <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.imim.es\/noticies\/1164\/obren-la-porta-per-utilitzar-una-nova-via-per-al-desenvolupament-de-medicaments\" target=\"_blank\">nou estudi<\/a> liderat des de la Universitat de Birmingham, al Regne Unit, i amb la participaci\u00f3 del grup de recerca de Jana Selent a l\u2019<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.imim.es\/ca_index.html\" target=\"_blank\">Institut d\u2019Investigacions M\u00e8diques Hospital del Mar (IMIM)<\/a>, <strong>ha revelat en detall el mecanisme molecular<\/strong> que explica com es regula la resposta de la c\u00e8l\u00b7lula als est\u00edmuls a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;aquests receptors. En concret, gr\u00e0cies a les <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/facilitar-el-disseny-de-farmacs-una-plataforma-per-estudiar-les-gpcrs\/\" target=\"_blank\">eines de simulaci\u00f3 a escala at\u00f2mica<\/a><\/strong> prove\u00efdes per l\u2019equip de l\u2019IMIM, han pogut demostrar les din\u00e0miques del paper regulador de la prote\u00efna <strong>beta arrestina<\/strong> en els GPCRs. Aquesta prote\u00efna s&#8217;uneix a la part intracel\u00b7lular dels GPCRs un cop aquests han estat activats per un est\u00edmul extern, i en modula l&#8217;acci\u00f3. El grup de Selent ha aconseguit simular com i durant quant de temps la beta arrestina <strong>interacciona amb els receptors<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cLa interacci\u00f3 de la beta arrestina i els receptors actius \u00e9s m\u00e9s din\u00e0mica del que es pensava pr\u00e8viament, permetent un millor control dels senyals mitjan\u00e7ats per aquests receptors\u201d<br><strong>Jana Selent (IMIM)<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Segons <strong>Tomasz Stepniewski<\/strong> i <strong>Brian Medel Lacruz<\/strong>, investigadors de l&#8217;IMIM que han participat a la recerca, aquesta troballa demostra que la <a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/desxifrant-el-codi-de-senyalitzacio-cellular-el-paper-de-les-%ce%b2-arrestines\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>beta arrestina<\/strong><\/a> podria ser una bona diana tant per f\u00e0rmacs ja coneguts com per a nous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En efecte, tal com explica <strong>Jana Selent<\/strong>, els GPCRs intervenen en una \u00e0mplia gamma de processos biol\u00f2gics, com per exemple:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>la percepci\u00f3 sensorial (vista, gust i olfacte)<\/li><li>la senyalitzaci\u00f3 i regulaci\u00f3 hormonal<\/li><li>la neurotransmissi\u00f3<\/li><li>la funci\u00f3 cerebral<\/li><li>la inflamaci\u00f3<\/li><li>l\u2019adhesi\u00f3 cel\u00b7lular<\/li><li>la percepci\u00f3 del dolor<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tant \u00e9s aix\u00ed que, actualment, entre el 30 i el 40% de f\u00e0rmacs existents, exerceixen els seus efectes sobre els GPCR. Con\u00e8ixer doncs, com l&#8217;arrestina controla aquests receptors obre noves vies d&#8217;estudi per a la <strong>millora de f\u00e0rmacs<\/strong> coneguts o el <strong>dissseny<\/strong> de nous f\u00e0rmacs m\u00e9s eficients i menys t\u00f2xics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Els coneixements que deixa la nova troballa es podrien aplicar potencialment en qualsevol <strong>malaltia on estiguin implicats els GPCR<\/strong>, per exemple, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/cordelia-estudiant-el-risc-genetic-de-patir-malalties-cardiovasculars\/\" target=\"_blank\">malalties cardiovasculars<\/a> (hipertensi\u00f3, insufici\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca), trastorns neurol\u00f2gics (<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/noves-dades-sobre-lagregacio-proteica-i-les-malalties-neurodegeneratives\/\" target=\"_blank\">Parkinson<\/a>, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/jugar-per-a-monitoritzar-el-declivi-cognitiu\/\" target=\"_blank\">Alzheimer<\/a>, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/descoberta-una-relacio-positiva-entre-un-aminoacid-de-la-dieta-i-la-depressio\/\" target=\"_blank\">depressi\u00f3<\/a>) o trastorns metab\u00f2lics (<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/descobreixen-marcadors-epigenetics-relacionats-amb-laddiccio-al-menjar\/\" target=\"_blank\">obesitat<\/a>, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/un-peptid-que-vincula-la-diabetis-i-lalzheimer\/\" target=\"_blank\">diabetis<\/a>). De fet, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.redaccionmedica.com\/secciones\/neurologia\/espana-busca-el-farmaco-perfecto-en-esquizofrenia-con-una-unica-molecula-9112\">el grup dirigit per Selent ja est\u00e0 comen\u00e7ant a treballar en un potencial f\u00e0rmac contra l&#8217;esquizofr\u00e8nia<\/a>.
