La imatge correspon a una&nbsp;<strong>immunohistoqu\u00edmica&nbsp;<\/strong>de la part m\u00e9s anterior d\u2019una&nbsp;<strong>larva de&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/el-peix-zebra-una-finestra-transparent-a-la-nostra-biologia\/\" target=\"_blank\">peix zebra&nbsp;<\/a><\/strong>de 6dpf&nbsp;(sis dies post fecundaci\u00f3).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El color <strong>magenta <\/strong>que observem \u00e9s degut a l\u2019\u00fas de fal\u00b7loidina acoblada a un fluor\u00f2for (alexa 568). Aquest marcatge mostra la <strong>F-actina<\/strong>, un tipus de mol\u00e8cula que forma part del <strong>citoesquelet <\/strong>i es troba enriquida especialment a les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules musculars. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En <strong>verd<\/strong> podem veure la <strong>tubulina <\/strong>acetilada, un element essencial en la formaci\u00f3 d\u2019estructures com els <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/entenent-la-formacio-i-creixement-dels-microtubuls\/\" target=\"_blank\">microt\u00fabuls<\/a><\/strong>, cosa que ens permet veure, majorit\u00e0riament, els <strong>axons <\/strong>de les neurones i les estructures de l\u2019o\u00efda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/ZebraFish_ear.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-37407\" width=\"441\" height=\"178\"\/><figcaption>Detall de l&#8217;o\u00efda del peix zebra (groc) i de les estructures sensorials (blau).<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019<strong>ull <\/strong>de la larva es pot observar f\u00e0cilment gr\u00e0cies a la seva forma circular i a la tinci\u00f3 magenta, i just a la seva dreta, marcat en verd, veiem l\u2019<strong>o\u00efda<\/strong> (en groc en la imatge anterior). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En aquest punt del desenvolupament, l\u2019o\u00efda consta d&#8217;unes estructures sensorials, com les m\u00e0cules i les cristes, marcades amb cercles blaus a la imatge. Aquestes estructures estan formades per una agrupaci\u00f3 de <strong>c\u00e8l\u00b7lules ciliades<\/strong> que permeten captar est\u00edmuls auditius i vestibulars de l\u2019entorn (sons, informaci\u00f3 relacionada amb la posici\u00f3 del cap en l\u2019espai, etc.). Per a poder fer-ho, aquestes c\u00e8l\u00b7lules contenen dos tipus de prolongacions, anomenades <strong>estereocilis<\/strong> i <strong>kinocilis<\/strong> que s\u2019encarreguen de la <strong>mecanotransducci\u00f3 <\/strong>d\u2019est\u00edmuls.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I, com funciona aquesta mecanotransducci\u00f3? Aquestes prolongacions es troben \u201cunides\u201d entre elles i en rebre un est\u00edmul es mouen juntes en sincronia. Aquest moviment permet l\u2019obertura de canals a la c\u00e8l\u00b7lula que possibiliten l\u2019entrada d\u2019un flux d\u2019ions cap a l&#8217;interior, cosa que s\u2019acaba traduint en un enviament de la informaci\u00f3 rebuda cap a les <strong>neurones sensorials<\/strong>.
