Ens&nbsp;<strong>permet veure all\u00f2 que \u00e9s invisible als ulls<\/strong>&nbsp;perqu\u00e8 \u00e9s massa petit per la visi\u00f3 humana, com ara els microorganismes, c\u00e8l\u00b7lules o teixits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aquesta imatge ha estat obtinguda al<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/entenent-la-formacio-i-creixement-dels-microtubuls\/\" target=\"_blank\">&nbsp;laboratori de Thomas Surrey<\/a>, al&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.crg.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\">Centre de Regulaci\u00f3 Gen\u00f2mica (CRG)<\/a>, on estudien com s\u2019autoorganitza el&nbsp;<strong>citoesquelet&nbsp;<\/strong>de la c\u00e8l\u00b7lula durant la&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/un-enzim-de-la-divisio-cellular-com-a-possible-diana-terapeutica-contra-el-cancer\/\" target=\"_blank\">divisi\u00f3 cel\u00b7lular<\/a>, on juga un paper clau separant els cromosomes entre les dues c\u00e8l\u00b7lules resultants. Els components d\u2019aquest citoesquelet s\u00f3n <strong>prote\u00efnes<\/strong>, i s\u00f3n massa petites per poder-les veure fins i tot amb microscopi. Per poder-les visualitzar, les marquen amb unes etiquetes fluorescents de diferents colors, que permeten localitzar les<a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/colleccionant-proteines\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> diferents prote\u00efnes<\/a> i veure com interactuen entre elles, amb l\u2019ajuda d\u2019uns microscopis molt potents amb l\u00e1sers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Els <strong>portaobjectes de vidre<\/strong> que es necessiten per fer aquests experiments s\u00f3n molt especials, i s\u2019han de preparar al mateix laboratori perqu\u00e8 no hi ha cap empresa que els fabriqui. A sobre del vidre munten una petita \u201cpeixera\u201d, un <strong>micro-contenidor de l\u00edquid<\/strong>, on es poden afegir les diferents prote\u00efnes que volen veure en diferents moments i condicions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al portaobjectes hi escriuen quines prote\u00efnes han afegit a cada experiment (per exemple, la <strong>Tubulina<\/strong> \u00e9s la prote\u00edna principal dels <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/entenent-la-formacio-i-creixement-dels-microtubuls\/\" target=\"_blank\">microt\u00fabuls <\/a><\/strong>que formen el citoesquel\u00b7let cel\u00b7lular), i les diferents condicions que es provaran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aix\u00ed, poden veure en directe com es mouen les mol\u00e8cules de tubulina, <a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/entenent-la-formacio-i-creixement-dels-microtubuls\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">com s&#8217;uneixen entre elles per formar els microt\u00fabuls<\/a>, etc. En definitiva, observen un dels moviments b\u00e0sics de la vida dins un portaobjectes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:48px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El&nbsp;microscopi&nbsp;\u00e9s una de les eines m\u00e9s utilitzades a laboratoris de recerca en biomedicina d\u2019arreu del m\u00f3n.
