{"id":35643,"date":"2023-03-23T13:53:26","date_gmt":"2023-03-23T12:53:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/?p=35643"},"modified":"2023-03-23T13:53:27","modified_gmt":"2023-03-23T12:53:27","slug":"com-el-cor-alterna-entre-dos-modes-energetics-basic-i-recuperacio-rapida","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/com-el-cor-alterna-entre-dos-modes-energetics-basic-i-recuperacio-rapida\/","title":{"rendered":"Com el cor alterna entre dos modes energ\u00e8tics: b\u00e0sic i recuperaci\u00f3 r\u00e0pida"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un equip dirigit per <a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/eva-maria-novoa-crg-es-meravellos-trobar-respostes-als-misteris-que-ens-fascinen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Eva M Novoa<\/a> al <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.crg.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\">Centre de Regulaci\u00f3 Gen\u00f2mica (CRG)<\/a> ha descobert un <strong>mecanisme que permet al cor a alternar entre dos estats<\/strong>: un de manteniment b\u00e0sic, i un de \u2018c\u00e0rrega r\u00e0pida\u2019 en situacions d\u2019alta demanda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El laboratori <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crg.eu\/en\/news\/heart-toggles-between-maintenance-and-energy-boost-mode-using-ribosomes#2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ha trobat<\/a> que les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules card\u00edaques i les musculars tenen uns tipus de <strong>ribosomes <\/strong>especialitzats, diferents als de la resta de c\u00e8l\u00b7lules del cos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Els ribosomes s\u00f3n les \u2018f\u00e0briques de prote\u00efnes\u2019 de les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules, i ells mateixos estan fets de prote\u00efnes, entre elles una anomenada RPL3.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El que han descobert en aquest nou estudi, \u00e9s que, en <strong>les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules adultes del cor i m\u00fascul<\/strong>, els ribosomes utilitzen una prote\u00edna una mica diferent, la <strong>RPL3L<\/strong>. Les dues variants de la prote\u00efna tan sols es diferencien en la \u2018cua\u2019, la darrera part de la prote\u00efna. Per\u00f2 aquesta difer\u00e8ncia fa que la superf\u00edcie del ribosoma sigui diferent i s\u2019uneixi a altres prote\u00efnes i receptors<em>.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aix\u00ed, el grup investigador ha trobat tamb\u00e9 que, <strong>quan hi ha una malaltia <a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/el-sistema-cardiovascular\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cardiovascular <\/a>com un infart, o despr\u00e9s d\u2019exercici fort<\/strong>, els cardiomi\u00f2cits (les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules que fan que el cor es contregui) <strong>substitueixen la RPL3L dels seus ribosomes per la RPL3<\/strong>. Aquest canvi fa que ara els ribosomes puguin contactar f\u00edsicament amb els mitocondris &#8211; la f\u00e0brica d\u2019energia de la c\u00e8l\u00b7lula &#8211; i <strong>augmentin els nivells d\u2019energia<\/strong>. El canvi, reversible, es d\u00f3na entre les 6h i els 4 dies de l\u2019infart o l\u2019exercici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La versi\u00f3 m\u00e9s energ\u00e8tica dels ribosomes (amb <strong>RPL3<\/strong>) \u00e9s tamb\u00e9 present en els teixits muscular i card\u00edac <strong>fetals<\/strong>, segons han trobat els investigadors i investigadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:39px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cQuan naixem, el nostre cor necessita molta energia per cr\u00e9ixer, per\u00f2 quan el cor ha madurat completament, canvien a RPL3L, a l\u2019estat de manteniment b\u00e0sic\u201d<br><strong>Ivan Milenkovic<\/strong>, estudiant de doctorat al CRG<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:39px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ivan Milenkovic<\/strong>, primer autor de l\u2019estudi i estudiant de doctorat, explica perqu\u00e8 creuen que el cor i els m\u00fasculs adults no tenen, per defecte, la versi\u00f3 m\u00e9s energ\u00e8tica: \u00abCreiem que les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules <strong>podrien estar ajustant l\u2019activitat <\/strong>mitocondrial, generadora d\u2019energia, en condicions de <strong>rep\u00f2s per disminuir els nivells de radicals lliures<\/strong>, que s\u00f3n uns subproductes perillosos del metabolisme mitocondrial\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#8217;estudi, que va n\u00e8xier al laboratori del CRG dirigit per Novoa, va acabar sent una col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb altres laboratoris a Espanya, Alemania, Holanda i Austr\u00e0lia.
