{"id":34021,"date":"2022-12-09T13:01:33","date_gmt":"2022-12-09T12:01:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/?p=34021"},"modified":"2022-12-13T12:01:11","modified_gmt":"2022-12-13T11:01:11","slug":"un-enzim-de-la-divisio-cellular-com-a-possible-diana-terapeutica-contra-el-cancer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/un-enzim-de-la-divisio-cellular-com-a-possible-diana-terapeutica-contra-el-cancer\/","title":{"rendered":"Un enzim de la divisi\u00f3 cel\u00b7lular com a possible diana terap\u00e8utica contra el c\u00e0ncer"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.crg.eu\/en\/isabelle_vernos\" target=\"_blank\">laboratori dirigit per Isabelle Vernos<\/a> del <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.crg.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\"><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.crg.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\">Centre de Regulaci\u00f3 Gen\u00f2mica (CRG)<\/a><\/a> ens presenta aquesta imatge d&#8217;immunofluoresc\u00e8ncia de la divisi\u00f3 cel\u00b7lular on podem veure els fusos mit\u00f2tics que<strong> separen els cromosomes <\/strong>entre les dues c\u00e8l\u00b7lules filles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La imatge forma part de la investigaci\u00f3 que ha dut a terme el grup d&#8217;<strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/isabelle-vernos-crg-encara-em-sorpren-la-bellesa-duna-cel%c2%b7lula-en-divisio\/\" target=\"_blank\">Isabelle Vernos<\/a><\/strong>, que estudia la divisi\u00f3 cel\u00b7lular i la funci\u00f3 dels <strong>microt\u00fabuls<\/strong>, i en qu\u00e8 <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.crg.eu\/en\/news\/cell-division-enzyme-earmarked-potential-new-cancer-therapeutic-target\" target=\"_blank\">han pogut identificar el paper de la <strong>Tubulin Tirosine Ligase Like 11 (TTLL11)<\/strong>.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al panell d&#8217;adalt s&#8217;observen les <strong>c\u00e8l\u00b7lules d&#8217;embrions de peix zebra<\/strong> sense modificar, i a baix les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules modificades on s&#8217;ha eliminat l&#8217;enzim TTLL11. En vermell s&#8217;observa la tubulina (l&#8217;element fonamental dels <a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/entenent-la-formacio-i-creixement-dels-microtubuls\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">microt\u00fabuls<\/a>), en blau l&#8217;ADN i en verd el PolyE (encarregat de detectar les cadenes de glutamat lliures).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#8217;<strong>enzim TTLL11 \u00e9s l&#8217;encarregat <\/strong>d&#8217;unir cadenes de glutamat als <strong>microt\u00fabuls <\/strong>(l&#8217;esquelet de les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules) per fer-los <strong>m\u00e9s estables i din\u00e0mics<\/strong> i assegurar-se que els cromosomes es reparteixen adequadament entre les dues c\u00e8l\u00b7lules filles. Si la repartici\u00f3 dels cromosomes no \u00e9s equitativa, la c\u00e8l\u00b7lula pot desenvolupar <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/cancer-un-problema-de-frens-i-acceleradors\/\" target=\"_blank\">c\u00e0ncer <\/a>o, en el cas dels embrions, fins i tot es pot produir un avortament espontani. Tal \u00e9s aix\u00ed que avui dia es fan servir tractaments en quimioter\u00e0pia que desestabilitzen els microt\u00fabuls per tal de que les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules canceroses s&#8217;autodestrueixin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:23px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cEls f\u00e0rmacs que interfereixen amb la din\u00e0mica dels microt\u00fabuls ja s\u00f3n una de les ter\u00e0pies de primera l\u00ednia m\u00e9s utilitzades contra el c\u00e0ncer\u201d <br><strong>Isabelle Vernos, CRG<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:23px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#8217;equip cient\u00edfic tamb\u00e9 va<strong> analitzar els nivells de TTLL11 a la base de dades <em>Cancer Genome Atlas<\/em><\/strong>, que analitza m\u00e9s de 20.000 caracter\u00edstiques moleculars d&#8217;uns 33 tipus de c\u00e0ncer. Van observar que <strong>en tots els casos de c\u00e0ncer hi ha una quantitat menor d&#8217;aquest enzim, comprometent la divisi\u00f3 cel\u00b7lular<\/strong>. \u00abSi aix\u00f2 resulta ser una nova diana terap\u00e8utica que sigui viable, les nostres troballes aplanen el cam\u00ed per crear una nova generaci\u00f3 de f\u00e0rmacs m\u00e9s precisos i efectius que els tractaments convencionals\u00bb, conclou Vernos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:46px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-cyan-bluish-gray-color wp-block-paragraph\">Vols veure la teva foto aqui?
