Va ser tractat qu\u00edmicament per fer-lo \u00f2pticament transparent i escanejat al laboratori de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.embl.es\/research\/unit\/sharpe\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">James Sharpe<\/a> del <a href=\"http:\/\/www.crg.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Centre de Regulaci\u00f3 Gen\u00f2mica (CRG)<\/a>\u00a0(actualment al <a href=\"https:\/\/www.embl.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Laboratori Europeu de Biologia Molecular \u2013 Barcelona (EMBL)<\/a>) utilitzant un SPIM (microscopi d&#8217;il\u00b7luminaci\u00f3 de pla selectiu, tamb\u00e9 conegut com a <em>light sheet microscope<\/em>) per <strong>generar una reconstrucci\u00f3 virtual en 3D<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En aquest tipus de microscopi, una fina capa de llum l\u00e0ser il\u00b7lumina un pla de la mostra, de manera que nom\u00e9s la part que est\u00e0 enfocada t\u00e9 la seva fluoresc\u00e8ncia activada. La mostra s&#8217;escaneja a trav\u00e9s dels diferents plans o \u201ctalls\u201d <strong>per generar un conjunt de dades 3D complet, de pla en pla<\/strong>. A partir d&#8217;aquestes dades en 3D, es va fer una projecci\u00f3 de valor m\u00e0xim de la meitat esquerra del cap embrionari, usant fals color per codificar la profunditat de la mostra (blau = m\u00e9s superficial, vermell = m\u00e9s profund). La mostra provenia de Glenda Comai, de l\u2019Institut Pasteur de Par\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Vols veure la teva foto aqu\u00ed?
