El programa, desenvolupat per l&#8217;equip de la UPF amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 del <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.embl.es\/\" target=\"_blank\">Laboratori Europeu de Biologia Molecular \u2013 Barcelona (EMBL Barcelona)<\/a>, combina <strong>imatges <em>in vivo<\/em> <\/strong>de c\u00e8l\u00b7lules marcades amb marcadors fluorescents que se segueixen al llarg del seu desenvolupament i <strong>s\u2019analitzen utilitzant algoritmes d\u2019<a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/obrint-la-ciencia\/\" target=\"_blank\">acc\u00e9s lliure<\/a><\/strong>. Aix\u00f2 significa que el programa pot ser utilitzat per qualsevol persona per a construir un atles de qualsevol teixit cel\u00b7lular sempre que s\u2019utilitzin marcadors concrets d\u2019all\u00f2 que es vulgui veure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gr\u00e0cies al programa, l\u2019equip de la Cristina ha produ\u00eft un <strong>atles 3D del romboenc\u00e8fal de <a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/el-peix-zebra-una-finestra-transparent-a-la-nostra-biologia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">peix zebra<\/a><\/strong>. I a m\u00e9s de con\u00e8ixer <strong>quan es diferencien les neurones<\/strong>, ha demostrat que <strong>el lloc i el moment del naixement <\/strong>d\u2019aquetes c\u00e8l\u00b7lules <strong>marca el seu dest\u00ed final<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aquest estudi presenta la <strong>primera cartografia del cervell d\u2019un vertebrat<\/strong>, i el generador d\u2019<a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/atles-cellulars-per-a-facilitar-el-diagnostic-i-tractament-de-diferents-malalties\/\" target=\"_blank\">atles<\/a> 3D digitals podria ser una bona eina per a con\u00e8ixer la <strong>hist\u00f2ria vital de les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules <\/strong>durant la morfog\u00e8nesi, el proc\u00e9s de formaci\u00f3 dels teixits. Tamb\u00e9, gr\u00e0cies als<a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/el-peix-zebra-una-finestra-transparent-a-la-nostra-biologia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> <strong>models de peix zebra<\/strong><\/a>, es podrien crear avatars humans amb mutacions per a estudiar malalties. \u201cEn comptes de buscar les afectacions neuronals com si fos una agulla en un paller, podem anar a un estadi determinat, mirar la distribuci\u00f3 de les neurones i, en comparar-ho amb l\u2019atles, podem saber quan va oc\u00f3rrer el defecte neuronal\u201d, puntualitza la Cristina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:23px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-cyan-bluish-gray-color wp-block-paragraph\">Vols veure la teva foto aqu\u00ed?
