{"id":33149,"date":"2022-11-25T11:45:04","date_gmt":"2022-11-25T10:45:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/?p=33149"},"modified":"2022-11-28T15:32:15","modified_gmt":"2022-11-28T14:32:15","slug":"llum-per-a-lestudi-del-plegament-dels-teixits","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/llum-per-a-lestudi-del-plegament-dels-teixits\/","title":{"rendered":"Llum per a l&#8217;estudi del plegament dels teixits"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=SPGaWXLGUXo&amp;list=PLkmdYIy094YaT78O_Y70urNXdrIbyM4Et&amp;index=15&amp;t=268s\" target=\"_blank\">Guillermo Mart\u00ednez-Ara<\/a><\/strong>, que recentment ha acabat el seu doctorat al <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/recreant-la-biologia-del-desenvolupament-en-una-placa-de-petri\/\" target=\"_blank\">laboratori de Biologia Sint\u00e8tica del Desenvolupament<\/a>, liderat per <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/miki-ebisuya-embl-barcelona-investigar-es-un-privilegi-puc-dedicar-la-meva-vida-a-estudiar-el-que-em-fascina\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Miki Ebisuya<\/strong><\/a> de l\u2019<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.embl.es\/\" target=\"_blank\">European Molecular Biology Laboratory \u2013 Barcelona (EMBL)<\/a> (enhorabona!) ens ensenya en aquesta imatge com les col\u00f2nies de c\u00e8l\u00b7lules es <strong>pleguen quan els hi aplica llum<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A la part superior de la imatge observem el canvi que ha patit el grup de c\u00e8l\u00b7lules 24h despr\u00e9s de l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 de llum i a la inferior, veiem un tall lateral on comprovem que la l\u00ednia de c\u00e8l\u00b7lules s&#8217;ha comen\u00e7at a corbar. Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s el resultat de l\u2019\u00fas d\u2019una <strong>eina optogen\u00e8tica<\/strong> que han dissenyat en un <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.embl.org\/news\/science\/the-power-of-light-folding-3d-tissues\/\" target=\"_blank\">estudi recent<\/a> que els permetr\u00e0 con\u00e8ixer com els organismes adquireixen la seva forma durant el desenvolupament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019eina est\u00e0 basada en la prote\u00efna <strong>Shroom3<\/strong> que regula la <strong>constricci\u00f3 apical<\/strong>, un proc\u00e9s de reducci\u00f3 (o constricci\u00f3) de la part superior de les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules. \u00c9s un proc\u00e9s important durant el desenvolupament ja que inicia la <strong>curvatura dels teixits<\/strong> derivant en, per exemple, la <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/buscant-lorigen-de-les-cel%c2%b7lules-mare-intestinals\/\" target=\"_blank\">formaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;intest\u00ed <\/a>o dels ronyons. La modificaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquesta prote\u00efna, ha donat lloc a <strong>OptoShroom3<\/strong>, que s\u2019activa i desactiva segons se li apliqui o no llum blava. Els resultats mostren com, <strong>aplicant llum<\/strong>, les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules neurals i epitelials comencen a patir, en menys d\u2019un minut, la constricci\u00f3 apical.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:23px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote has-text-align-center is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>\u201cEl nostre objectiu a llarg termini \u00e9s utilitzar aquesta eina per a modular la forma dels organismes\u201d <\/em><br><strong>Miki Ebisuya<\/strong>, Cap de Grup a l\u2019EMBL Barcelona<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:23px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019estudi, realitzat en grups de c\u00e8l\u00b7lules canines i humanes en cultiu i en <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/vikas-trivedi-embl-volem-entendre-com-les-cel%c2%b7lules-formen-un-embrio-construint-lo-nosaltres-mateixos\/\" target=\"_blank\">organoids<\/a> humans, mostra que l\u2019eina \u00e9s \u00fatil per a promoure l&#8217;<strong>elongaci\u00f3 de les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules i el seu moviment col\u00b7lectiu<\/strong>. Demostrada la seva efic\u00e0cia en c\u00e8l\u00b7lules de mam\u00edfer, l&#8217;equip investigador espera poder utilitzar-la \u201cper a modular la forma dels organismes\u201d en un futur.
