Ara, un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ibe.upf-csic.es\/home\/-\/asset_publisher\/T2caeLMECPvW\/content\/id\/260392111\/maximized#.Yxbkm3ZByUn\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">estudi<\/a> liderat per l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ibe.upf-csic.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Institut de Biologia Evolutiva (IBE: CSIC-UPF)<\/a>, ha aconseguit posar llum a la hist\u00f2ria evolutiva d\u2019aquests dos grups en analitzar els <strong>canvis gen\u00e8tics <\/strong>que es van succeir en la seva diverg\u00e8ncia a partir d\u2019un avantpassat com\u00fa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mitjan\u00e7ant <strong>t\u00e8cniques computacionals <\/strong>avan\u00e7ades i de <strong><em>big data<\/em><\/strong>, l\u2019equip investigador<a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ibe.upf-csic.es\/home\/-\/asset_publisher\/T2caeLMECPvW\/content\/id\/260392111\/maximized#.YxbknXZByUk\" target=\"_blank\"> ha analitzat un conjunt de dades gen\u00f2miques<\/a> actualitzades que inclou quatre nous genomes d\u2019esp\u00e8cies en posicions crucials dins del llinatge dels opistoconts. Aix\u00f2 els ha perm\u00e8s observar que molt abans de l\u2019aparici\u00f3 dels fongs i els animals, es van establir <strong>contextos gen\u00f2mics diferenciats<\/strong>, propiciant l\u2019escenari per a la seva aparici\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:39px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img (max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><figcaption><em>L\u2019avantpassat com\u00fa de tots els opistoconts va comen\u00e7ar a patir canvis gen\u00e8tics previs a la separaci\u00f3 de fongs (fungi, lila fosc) i animals (metazoa, taronja focs). <\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:39px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEls avantpassats pre-f\u00fangics van entrar en un cam\u00ed de p\u00e8rdua de gens relacionats amb la multicel\u00b7lularitat, m\u00e9s similar al que presenten els <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/choanoflagellates-friends-una-conferencia-sobre-els-nostres-familiars-unicel%c2%b7lulars-mes-propers\/\" target=\"_blank\">parents unicel\u00b7lulars m\u00e9s propers a animals i fongs<\/a>\u201d, diu l\u2019<strong>Eduard Oca\u00f1a-Pallar\u00e8s<\/strong>, doctorand de l\u2019IBE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u2019altra banda, segons els resultats, fou l\u2019acumulaci\u00f3 de gens importants per a la <strong>multicel\u00b7lularitat <\/strong>el que va portar eventualment a l\u2019aparici\u00f3 dels animals o metazous. <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/un-viatge-cientific-a-mart-sense-sortir-de-la-terra\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>I\u00f1aki Ruiz Trillo<\/strong><\/a>, investigador principal del <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/no-sabem-per-que-hi-ha-gens-amb-funcions-multicel%c2%b7lulars-en-organismes-unicel%c2%b7lulars\/\" target=\"_blank\">Laboratori del Genoma Multicel\u00b7lular<\/a> de l\u2019IBE, subratlla tamb\u00e9 la import\u00e0ncia d\u2019analitzar les transicions evolutives en per\u00edodes de temps m\u00e9s llargs del que pot semblar obvi, per aix\u00ed poder con\u00e8ixer per complet la <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/un-nou-parent-unicellular-per-tracar-la-historia-dels-animals\/\" target=\"_blank\">hist\u00f2ria evolutiva de la biodiversitat<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:46px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p
