{"id":31475,"date":"2022-07-21T08:22:24","date_gmt":"2022-07-21T06:22:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/?p=31475"},"modified":"2022-07-21T08:22:26","modified_gmt":"2022-07-21T06:22:26","slug":"desenvolupant-els-fotoreceptors-de-la-retina","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/desenvolupant-els-fotoreceptors-de-la-retina\/","title":{"rendered":"Desenvolupant els fotoreceptors de la retina"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recentment, el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crg.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Centre de Regulaci\u00f3 Gen\u00f2mica (CRG)<\/a> ha participat en un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crg.eu\/en\/news\/tiny-gene-fragments-revealed-crucial-new-players-retinal-development-and-vision\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">estudi<\/a> on han identificat que el <strong>gen <em>Srrm3<\/em><\/strong> \u00e9s vital per al correcte desenvolupament de les <strong>c\u00e8l\u00b7lules fotoreceptores de la retina.<\/strong> En aquesta imatge feta per Ludovica Ciampi, estudiant de doctorat del CRG, s\u2019observen c\u00e8l\u00b7lules retinals <strong>de peix zebra<\/strong> i, tenyides de verd es veuen les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules fotoreceptores responsables de transformar la llum en senyals neuronals que permeten la visi\u00f3. A l\u2019esquerra observem c\u00e8l\u00b7lules normals i, a la dreta, on es denota una menor quantitat de verd, <a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/regenerant-la-nostra-retina\/\">c\u00e8l\u00b7lules de la retina<\/a> que presenten el gen <em>Srrm3<\/em> desactivat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Donada la seva funci\u00f3, les <a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/cellules-mare-al-rescat-de-la-retina\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">c\u00e8l\u00b7lules retinals<\/a> s\u00f3n un dels tipus cel\u00b7lulars m\u00e9s complexos i especialitzats del nostre cos. Pel que fa les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules fotoreceptores, aquestes es troben a la part posterior de la retina, i s\u2019encarreguen de <strong>capturar i processar la llum<\/strong> i aix\u00ed enviar aquests senyals al cervell per a produir la <strong>visi\u00f3<\/strong>. La seva alta especialitzaci\u00f3 i complexitat venen donades per la regulaci\u00f3 de multitud de gens, i una petita mutaci\u00f3 en ells, pot portar a la p\u00e8rdua de la visi\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mitjan\u00e7ant la <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/el-peix-zebra-una-finestra-transparent-a-la-nostra-biologia\/\" target=\"_blank\">modificaci\u00f3 gen\u00e8tica de peixos zebra<\/a>, l\u2019equip investigador ha observat que <strong>l\u2019eliminaci\u00f3 del gen <em>Srrm3<\/em><\/strong> provoca una <strong>discapacitat visual<\/strong> greu en aquests animals. En concret han vist que, en peixos sense <em>Srrm3<\/em>, l\u2019<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/lsplicing-o-empalmament\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>splicing (o empalmament) alternatiu<\/strong><\/a> de microexons estava alterat.
