{"id":30655,"date":"2022-06-10T13:59:34","date_gmt":"2022-06-10T11:59:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/?p=30655"},"modified":"2022-06-10T14:01:52","modified_gmt":"2022-06-10T12:01:52","slug":"crispr-millorada-per-editar-el-genoma-dels-insectes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/crispr-millorada-per-editar-el-genoma-dels-insectes\/","title":{"rendered":"CRISPR millorada per editar el genoma dels insectes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>DIPA-CRISPR<\/strong> \u00e9s la nova t\u00e8cnica desenvolupada per la Universitat de Kyoto juntament amb l&#8217;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ibe.upf-csic.es\/\" target=\"_blank\">Institut de Biologia Evolutiva (IBE: CSIC-UPF)<\/a>. \u00c9s un m\u00e8tode basat en la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/edicio-del-genoma-amb-crispr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">t\u00e8cnica CRISPR-Cas9<\/a><\/strong>, per\u00f2 m\u00e9s <strong>senzill, accessible i eficient<\/strong> que permet <strong>editar el genoma dels insectes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fins ara, editar gens en insectes podia ser molt complicat pel fet que la t\u00e8cnica havia de realitzar-se en embrions primerencs. Per aix\u00f2, la nova t\u00e8cnica desenvolupada es basa en la injecci\u00f3 del complex Cas9-gRNA <strong>a les femelles adultes<\/strong> per produir <strong>mutacions als ous en desenvolupament<\/strong>; d&#8217;aqu\u00ed el nom DIPA-CRISPR (Direct Parental <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/francisco-j-m-mojica-estic-molt-orgullos-dhaver-estat-part-de-la-revolucio-de-crispr\/\" target=\"_blank\">CRISPR<\/a> en angl\u00e8s). <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/lexpert-en-metamorfosi-dels-insectes-xavier-belles-publica-un-nou-llibre\/\" target=\"_blank\">Xavier Bell\u00e9s<\/a><\/strong>, participant de l&#8217;estudi, apunta que \u201cl&#8217;escarabat alemany \u00e9s un model molt utilitzat en investigaci\u00f3, per\u00f2 la forma \u00fanica que t\u00e9 de reproduir-se dificulta molt la <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/aspectes-etics-de-crispr-un-debat-necessari\/\" target=\"_blank\">modificaci\u00f3 gen\u00e8tica dels embrions amb CRISPR<\/a>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No obstant aix\u00f2, els resultats amb DIPA-CRISPR han demostrat una <strong>efici\u00e8ncia del 22% a l&#8217;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/a-la-cerca-dun-control-de-plagues-especific\/\" target=\"_blank\">escarabat alemany<\/a><\/strong> (<em>Blatella germanica<\/em>) i de <strong>m\u00e9s del 50% a l&#8217;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/larbre-evolutiu-mes-complet-dels-escarabats\/\" target=\"_blank\">escarabat<\/a> petit de la farina<\/strong> (<em>Tribolium castaneum<\/em>). Aconseguir aquest \u00e8xit en <strong>esp\u00e8cies que disten tant evolutivament<\/strong> demostra un <strong>gran potencial per a usos futurs<\/strong>. Per aix\u00f2, aquesta t\u00e8cnica podria implementar-se f\u00e0cilment als laboratoris com un nou m\u00e8tode accessible i pr\u00e0ctic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Segons <strong>Maria Dolors Piulachs<\/strong>, investigadora principal de l&#8217;estudi, poder utilitzar DIPA CRISPR de manera habitual permetr\u00e0 un coneixement m\u00e9s profund de la funci\u00f3 d&#8217;alguns gens.
