Aquest aven\u00e7 ha estat possible gr\u00e0cies a la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 entre equips de recerca del BGI-Research, la Universitat de Jilin i els Instituts de Biomedicina i Salut de Guangzhou a la Xina, juntament amb equips de 35 institucions internacionals entre les quals hi ha el <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.upf.edu\/web\/biomed\" target=\"_blank\">Departament de Medicina i Ci\u00e8ncies de la vida, Universitat Pompeu Fabra (MELIS-UPF)<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En aquest <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.upf.edu\/web\/biomed\/news\/-\/asset_publisher\/CRcETTCV7Uyn\/content\/id\/257279115\/maximized\" target=\"_blank\">treball<\/a>, han analitzat el <strong>transcriptoma cel\u00b7lular<\/strong> \u2013 \u00e9s a dir, el conjunt de tots els <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/tag\/arn\/\" target=\"_blank\">ARN<\/a> presents en una c\u00e8l\u00b7lula \u2013 d&#8217;<strong>1,14 milions de c\u00e8l\u00b7lules<\/strong> de <strong>45 teixits diferents<\/strong>. Aix\u00ed, han aconseguit identificar <strong>113 tipus de c\u00e8l\u00b7lules principals<\/strong>, segons el patr\u00f3 d&#8217;ARNs que expressen, i han completat el primer atles cel\u00b7lular del cos d&#8217;un primat no hum\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/identificat-un-nou-mecanisme-dautoreparacio-de-cellules-musculars-independent-de-les-cellules-mare-de-teixit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Pura Mu\u00f1oz-C\u00e1noves<\/a><\/strong>, autora de l&#8217;estudi i l\u00edder del<a href=\"https:\/\/www.upf.edu\/web\/cellbiology\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> Grup de Recerca en Biologia Cel\u00b7lular<\/a> (MELIS-UPF), remarca el gran esfor\u00e7 realitzat per l&#8217;equip de la Xina. A m\u00e9s, afegeix que \u201caquest treball ser\u00e0 una refer\u00e8ncia fonamental i ser\u00e0 molt \u00fatil per a futurs estudis en <a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/quan-la-genomica-ajuda-a-salvar-els-ximpanzes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">primats<\/a>, humans inclosos, ja que ajudar\u00e0 a entendre la naturalesa de la nostra pr\u00f2pia esp\u00e8cie\u201d. Per exemple, aquest mapa a nivell unicel\u00b7lular pot <strong>ajudar a identificar quines c\u00e8l\u00b7lules metabolitzen els greixos<\/strong> (cosa que pot ajudar a entendre l&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/alteracions-cerebrals-de-lobesitat-infantil\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">obesitat<\/a>), o <strong>quines c\u00e8l\u00b7lules regulen circuits neuronals del <a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/quina-es-la-relacio-entre-els-bacteriofags-de-la-nostra-microbiota-i-la-nostra-capacitat-cognitiva\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cervell<\/a><\/strong> (el que pot ajudar a buscar tractaments per a malalties neurol\u00f2giques), entre altres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:66px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u00abAquest treball ser\u00e0 una refer\u00e8ncia fonamental, ja que ajudar\u00e0 a entendre la naturalesa de la nostra pr\u00f2pia esp\u00e8cie\u00bb<\/p><p><strong>Pura Mu\u00f1oz-C\u00e1noves<\/strong>, MELIS-UPF<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:66px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Evolutivament, els primats no humans s\u00f3n les esp\u00e8cies m\u00e9s properes a la humana.
