Aix\u00ed ens ho mostra aquesta imatge de <strong>Sergi Bonilla<\/strong>, investigador al <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.crg.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\"><\/a><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.crg.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\">Centre de Regulaci\u00f3 Gen\u00f2mica (CRG)<\/a>, que mostra una secci\u00f3 transversal d&#8217;un organoide retini\u00e0 amb diferents tipus de neurones marcades en vermell (ganglis) i verd (glia de M\u00fcller).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A la natura hi ha animals capa\u00e7os de <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/embl-barcelona-organitza-una-trobada-sobre-el-desenvolupament-i-la-regeneracio-dextremitats\/\" target=\"_blank\">regenerar c\u00e8l\u00b7lules, teixits i fins i tot \u00f2rgans complets<\/a>. Tamb\u00e9 hi ha animals que aconsegueixen restaurar una extremitat i fins i tot desenvolupar un nou organisme complet a partir d&#8217;una petita part. Aix\u00f2 passa gr\u00e0cies a la <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/identificat-un-nou-mecanisme-dautoreparacio-de-cellules-musculars-independent-de-les-cellules-mare-de-teixit\/\" target=\"_blank\">regeneraci\u00f3 cel\u00b7lular<\/a><\/strong>, proc\u00e9s pel qual les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules mare es diferencien donant lloc al tipus cel\u00b7lular que l&#8217;organisme necessita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un possible proc\u00e9s de regeneraci\u00f3 \u00e9s la fusi\u00f3 de dues c\u00e8l\u00b7lules, cosa que ja s&#8217;ha detectat en humans al fetge, al cervell i al tracte gastrointestinal. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crg.eu\/en\/news\/cell-fusion-awakens-regenerative-potential-human-retina\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ara, l&#8217;equip de recerca del CRG <\/a>liderat per <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/maria-pia-cosma-crg-volem-mantenir-vius-els-ulls-dels-donants-durant-un-mes\/\" target=\"_blank\">Pia Cosma<\/a><\/strong> ha unit forces amb l&#8217;Institut de Bioenginyeria de Catalunya (IBEC) i el Centre d&#8217;Oftalmologia de Barraquer per <strong>estudiar si la fusi\u00f3 cel\u00b7lular pot existir a la <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/maria-pia-cosma-crg-volem-mantenir-vius-els-ulls-dels-donants-durant-un-mes\/\" target=\"_blank\">retina<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per aix\u00f2, <strong>han fusionat i<em>n vitro<\/em> <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/cel%c2%b7lules-mare-generacio-i-regeneracio\/\" target=\"_blank\">c\u00e8l\u00b7lules mare<\/a> adultes<\/strong>, derivades del teixit adip\u00f3s hum\u00e0 o de la medul\u00b7la \u00f2ssia, amb la <strong>glia de M\u00fcller<\/strong>, c\u00e8l\u00b7lules amb un paper important en el manteniment de la funci\u00f3 i l&#8217;estructura de la retina. D&#8217;aquesta manera, han aconseguit obtenir<strong> c\u00e8l\u00b7lules h\u00edbrides<\/strong> que, en injectar-se en un <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/david-oriola-embl-com-aconsegueixen-les-proteines-fer-la-seva-feina-quan-hi-ha-tot-de-molecules-movent-se-a-latzar-per-totes-bandes\/\" target=\"_blank\">organoide <\/a>retini\u00e0<\/strong> en desenvolupament \u2013un model que imita la funci\u00f3 de la retina humana\u2013 van ser capa\u00e7os de <strong>diferenciar-se en neurones<\/strong> i, per tant, de <strong>regenerar el teixit de la retina humana<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Encara queda molta feina per fer i cal acabar d&#8217;entendre aquest proc\u00e9s.
