{"id":27905,"date":"2022-02-11T10:07:10","date_gmt":"2022-02-11T09:07:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/?p=27905"},"modified":"2022-02-11T10:07:01","modified_gmt":"2022-02-11T09:07:01","slug":"el-circuit-que-segueixen-les-cellules-per-arribar-al-seu-desti","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/el-circuit-que-segueixen-les-cellules-per-arribar-al-seu-desti\/","title":{"rendered":"El circuit que segueixen les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules per arribar al seu dest\u00ed"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un equip d&#8217;investigadors de l&#8217;Institut Tecnol\u00f2gic de Calif\u00f2rnia (Caltech) i del &nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.upf.edu\/web\/biomed\" target=\"_blank\">Departament de Ci\u00e8ncies Experimentals i de la Salut, Universitat Pompeu Fabra (DCEXS-UPF)<\/a> ha desenvolupat un<strong> circuit gen\u00e8tic sint\u00e8tic<\/strong> que permet <strong>observar com les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules es diferencien i escullen el seu dest\u00ed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tot i que al nostre organisme hi ha c\u00e8l\u00b7lules especialitzades en diferents funcions, inicialment totes s\u00f3n iguals. Totes tenen el mateix ADN, per\u00f2<a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/how-an-egg-becomes-a-man-or-a-woman\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> per una s\u00e8rie de processos de regulaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;expressi\u00f3 g\u00e8nica, les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules activen diferents gens i es diferencien<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Precisament als laboratoris de Caltech han aconseguit crear un <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/biologia-sintetica-per-entendre-els-origens-de-la-cognicio\/\" target=\"_blank\">circuit gen\u00e8tic artificial<\/a>, anomenat MultiFate, que els permet controlar la regulaci\u00f3 g\u00e8nica i determinar el dest\u00ed cel\u00b7lular. Aquest circuit artificial presenta <strong>nom\u00e9s tres gens<\/strong>, cadascun dels quals codifica un <strong>factor de transcripci\u00f3<\/strong>; \u00e9s a dir, una prote\u00efna capa\u00e7 de regular l&#8217;expressi\u00f3 g\u00e8nica. Combinant aquests tres gens han aconseguit que<strong> en una c\u00e8l\u00b7lula existeixin fins a set \u00abdestins\u00bb, o estats estables,<\/strong> de manera que la c\u00e8l\u00b7lula es mant\u00e9 en un d&#8217;ells, tret que els investigadors canvi\u00efn el seu estat deliberadament.
