{"id":25931,"date":"2021-10-29T12:10:45","date_gmt":"2021-10-29T10:10:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/?p=25931"},"modified":"2021-10-29T13:40:49","modified_gmt":"2021-10-29T11:40:49","slug":"neix-durant-el-confinament-una-nova-eina-per-analitzar-imatges-dorganoides","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/neix-durant-el-confinament-una-nova-eina-per-analitzar-imatges-dorganoides\/","title":{"rendered":"Neix durant el confinament una nova eina per analitzar imatges d&#8217;organoides"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quan <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/la-vida-cientifica-en-plena-pandemia-per-coronavirus\/\" target=\"_blank\">el laboratori va haver de tancar a causa de la pand\u00e8mia de la Covid-19<\/a>, el cervell de dos investigadors del laboratori de <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/vikas-trivedi-embl-volem-entendre-com-les-cel%c2%b7lules-formen-un-embrio-construint-lo-nosaltres-mateixos\/\" target=\"_blank\">Vikas Trivedi<\/a> al <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.embl.es\/\" target=\"_blank\">Laboratori Europeu de Biologia Molecular \u2013 Barcelona (EMBL Barcelona)<\/a> van comen\u00e7ar a pensar com aprofitar el temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00abVam decidir utilitzar el temps per <strong>analitzar la gran quantitat d&#8217;imatges d&#8217;organoides <\/strong>que ten\u00edem dels nostres experiments anteriors\u00bb, diu <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.embl.org\/people\/person\/b1fa4346f56c5c63b71f229a06c31a14ff5d6f06a49f0de248f4f61b8b440573\/\" target=\"_blank\">Nicola Gritti<\/a>, investigador postdoctoral al laboratori. \u00abI necessit\u00e0vem <strong>una eina<\/strong> per tenir una visi\u00f3 gr\u00e0fica dels resultats biol\u00f2gics i <strong>compartir-los f\u00e0cilment entre nosaltres<\/strong>\u00ab, afegeix l&#8217;estudiant de doctorat <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.embl.org\/people\/person\/8befb8e9f42b16f49c0b6ea0c9ec800aaba64dc9573f29a3d9749bdd0e31a3e3\/\" target=\"_blank\">Jia Le Lim<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aix\u00ed \u00e9s com, <strong>durant el confinament<\/strong>, els dos companys del laboratori Trivedi <a href=\"https:\/\/www.embl.org\/news\/science\/morgana-organoids-and-machine-learning\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">van desenvolupar <strong>MOrgAna<\/strong><\/a>, un <strong>programari de codi obert<\/strong> que utilitza l<strong>&#8216;aprenentatge autom\u00e0tic (<em>machine learning<\/em>) <\/strong>per analitzar imatges d&#8217;organoides i <strong>extreure els components cel\u00b7lulars d&#8217;una imatge<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MOrgAna \u00e9s f\u00e0cil i gratu\u00eft, per tant utilitzable per qualsevol persona, fins i tot sense experi\u00e8ncia en programaci\u00f3; \u00e9s modular, obert i col\u00b7laboratiu, de manera que es pot personalitzar i integrar en altres pipelines d&#8217;an\u00e0lisi d&#8217;imatges. Pot analitzar diferents tipus d&#8217;imatges preses amb diversos microscopis.
