Per tant, aquest teixit, fet de c\u00e8l\u00b7lules fibroses multinucleades, es troba en constant regeneraci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Normalment, la regeneraci\u00f3 muscular es basa en les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules mare musculars. Per\u00f2 ara personal investigador del laboratori de Biologia Cel\u00b7lular del <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.upf.edu\/web\/biomed\" target=\"_blank\">Departament de Ci\u00e8ncies Experimentals i de la Salut, Universitat Pompeu Fabra (DCEXS-UPF)<\/a>, juntament amb personal del <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cnic.es\/\" target=\"_blank\">Centro Nacional de Investigationes Cardiovasculares (CNIC)<\/a>, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ciberned.es\/\" target=\"_blank\">CIBERNED<\/a> i l&#8217;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/imm.medicina.ulisboa.pt\/\" target=\"_blank\">Instituto de Medicina Molecular Jo\u00e3o Lobo Antunes (iMM, Portugal)<\/a> han descrit un <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.upf.edu\/web\/biomed\/inici\/-\/asset_publisher\/Us0jfwFAevmx\/content\/id\/251123290\/maximized\" target=\"_blank\">mecanisme regeneratiu alternatiu, independent de les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules mare del teixit<\/a><\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aquest <strong>mecanisme aut\u00f2nom de la fibra muscular<\/strong> s&#8217;activa <strong>despr\u00e9s de la lesi\u00f3<\/strong>, quan els <strong>nuclis es desplacen al lloc del dany<\/strong>. Aix\u00ed, acceleren la reparaci\u00f3 de les unitats contr\u00e0ctils degut a l&#8217;augment de la <strong>s\u00edntesi de prote\u00efnes<em> in situ<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:73px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cEls nostres experiments amb c\u00e8l\u00b7lules musculars al laboratori van demostrar que el moviment dels nuclis als llocs de lesi\u00f3 conduien a l&#8217;augment local de mol\u00e8cules d&#8217;ARNm. Aquestes mol\u00e8cules  es van traduir a prote\u00efnes al lloc de la lesi\u00f3 per actuar com a blocs de construcci\u00f3 per a poder reparar la musculatura\u201d<\/p><p><strong>William Roman<\/strong> &#8211; primer autor de l&#8217;estudi (DCEXS- UPF) <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:73px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tot i que encara <strong>es desconeix el motiu del moviment dels nuclis<\/strong>, el personal investigador ha demostrat, per primera vegada, que aquest proc\u00e9s t\u00e9 una funci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:73px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cAquest proc\u00e9s d&#8217;autoreparaci\u00f3 de la fibra muscular es produeix r\u00e0pidament, tant en ratolins com en humans, despr\u00e9s d&#8217;una lesi\u00f3 muscular indu\u00efda per l&#8217;exercici.
