La <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.crg.eu\/en\/news\/untwisting-dna-reveals-new-force-shapes-genomes\" target=\"_blank\">troballa<\/a> l&#8217;ha fet un equip internacional de cient\u00edfics liderat per la <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.crg.eu\/maria_pia_cosma\" target=\"_blank\">Pia Cosma<\/a> del <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.crg.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\">Centre de Regulaci\u00f3 Gen\u00f2mica (CRG)<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durant la transcripci\u00f3, l&#8217;obertura de la doble cadena d&#8217;ADN per copiar el contingut en una mol\u00e8cula d&#8217;ARN, comporta un canvi d&#8217;estructura que desemboca en un <strong>superenrotllament<\/strong> de l&#8217;ADN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gr\u00e0cies a l&#8217;\u00fas de l\u00e0sers d&#8217;alta pot\u00e8ncia i l&#8217;ajustament de les condicions qu\u00edmiques, els investigadors han aconseguit capturar imatges amb alt\u00edssima resoluci\u00f3, 10 vegades m\u00e9s alta que amb microscop\u00eda tradicional. Aix\u00ed, han descobert que el superenrotllament de l&#8217;ADN \u00e9s fruit del moviment de les <strong>cohesines<\/strong>, que surfegen sobre la cadena fosfatada de l&#8217;ADN i en canvien l&#8217;arquitectura. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:60px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cEl que hem descobert \u00e9s important perqu\u00e8 mostra que la transcripci\u00f3 juga un altre paper, a m\u00e9s de produir ARN. I \u00e9s que, fins ara, es tenia clar que l&#8217;estructura tridimensional de l&#8217;ADN condicionava la transcripci\u00f3.
