I \u00e9s que, per aconseguir generar <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/david-oriola-embl-com-aconsegueixen-les-proteines-fer-la-seva-feina-quan-hi-ha-tot-de-molecules-movent-se-a-latzar-per-totes-bandes\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>organoids<\/strong><\/a> a partir de <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/cel%c2%b7lules-mare-generacio-i-regeneracio\/\" target=\"_blank\">c\u00e8l\u00b7lules mare<\/a> s&#8217;ha de seguir el protocol per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 cal tractar b\u00e9 les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules, perqu\u00e8 la cosa es pot complicar! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En aquesta imatge que ens ha enviat la <strong>S\u00edlvia Beltramone<\/strong> de la <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.crg.eu\/taxonomy\/term\/2784#unit-page\" target=\"_blank\">unitat d&#8217;enginyeria de teixits<\/a> del <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.crg.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\">Centre de Regulaci\u00f3 Gen\u00f2mica (CRG)<\/a>, podem veure <strong>\u00abmini cervells\u00bb<\/strong> fets a partir d&#8217;una l\u00ednia de c\u00e8l\u00b7lules mare humanes, modificada. En aquesta l\u00ednia cel\u00b7lular, la prote\u00efna <strong>Sox2<\/strong>, present en els progenitors neuronals, es veu de color taronja. En canvi, la prote\u00efna <strong>Tuj1<\/strong>, caracter\u00edstica de les neurones madures, s&#8217;observa de color verd.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aix\u00ed, podem veure que en els <strong>organoids joves<\/strong> (esquerra), el <strong>neuroepiteli <\/strong>comen\u00e7a a fer <strong>protuber\u00e0ncies amb c\u00e8l\u00b7lules progenitores <\/strong>(taronja). En canvi, quan els <strong>organoids maduren<\/strong> (dreta), es comencen a desenvolupar <strong>l\u00f2buls corticals<\/strong> que combinen <strong>neurones madures<\/strong> (verd) amb <strong>c\u00e8l\u00b7lules progenitores per<\/strong> seguir creixent (taronja).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:74px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-cyan-bluish-gray-color\">Vols veure la teva foto aqu\u00ed?
