Per aix\u00f2, al tercer episodi de <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/open.spotify.com\/show\/6CvUPu6hqk2vvBwJ7EqLYH?si=iJnSV3qcSJiJjCJuCz2zfw&amp;dl_branch=1\" target=\"_blank\">\u2018La mare de la ci\u00e8ncia\u2019<\/a>, el <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/el-prbb-estrena-la-mare-de-la-ciencia-un-podcast-de-divulgacio-cientifica-en-catala\/\" target=\"_blank\">podcast de divulgaci\u00f3 cient\u00edfica en catal\u00e0<\/a> que ha estrenat el <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.prbb.org\/?l=ca\" target=\"_blank\">Parc de Recerca Biom\u00e8dica de Barcelona (PRBB)<\/a>, relata el testimoni d&#8217;un f\u00edsic que treballa envoltat de bi\u00f2legs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En aquest episodi, el<strong> David Oriola<\/strong>, investigador postdoctoral al grup que estudia l&#8217;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/vikas-trivedi-embl-volem-entendre-com-les-cel%c2%b7lules-formen-un-embrio-construint-lo-nosaltres-mateixos\/\" target=\"_blank\">autoorganitzaci\u00f3 dels sistemes multicel\u00b7lulars<\/a> al <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.embl.es\/\" target=\"_blank\">Laboratori Europeu de Biologia Molecular \u2013 Barcelona (EMBL Barcelona)<\/a>, ens parla d&#8217;<strong>organoids<\/strong> i de la <strong>f\u00edsica<\/strong> que regeix les primeres fases del <strong>desenvolupament embrionari<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El <strong>organoids<\/strong> s\u00f3n <strong>estructures tridimensionals<\/strong> que, donades les senyals qu\u00edmiques adequades, s&#8217;<strong>autoorganitzen formant estructures simples similars a un \u00f2rgan<\/strong>. I ells, utilitzant <strong>gastruloides<\/strong>, recreen les primeres fases del desenvolupament embrionari. \u00abNosaltres fem una estructura que en molt pocs dies comen\u00e7a a formar l&#8217;eix cap i cua\u00bb, explica en David. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I per estudiar les forces en una estructura tan petita, cal tenir en compte que la <strong>mec\u00e0nica aqu\u00ed \u00e9s molt diferent a la del m\u00f3n macrosc\u00f2pic<\/strong>. No hi ha in\u00e8rcia i hi ha molt <strong>soroll t\u00e8rmic<\/strong>, \u00e9s a dir, <strong>moviment de les mol\u00e8cules per efecte de la temperatura<\/strong>. I aix\u00f2 fa que molts processos a aquest nivell siguin complicats, perqu\u00e8 \u00abcom aconsegueixes fer la teva feina quan tens tot de prote\u00efnes i mol\u00e8cules que t&#8217;estan atacant per totes bandes?\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En un projecte on intervenen la biologia, la f\u00edsica, les matem\u00e0tiques i, fins i tot, l&#8217;enginyeria hi ha una barreja de punts de vista.
