{"id":24344,"date":"2021-08-07T12:23:05","date_gmt":"2021-08-07T10:23:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/?p=24344"},"modified":"2021-09-08T14:33:07","modified_gmt":"2021-09-08T12:33:07","slug":"neurotransmissio-a-nivell-atomic","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/neurotransmissio-a-nivell-atomic\/","title":{"rendered":"Neurotransmissi\u00f3 a nivell at\u00f2mic"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La comunicaci\u00f3 entre neurones (o<strong> neurotransmissi\u00f3<\/strong>) \u00e9s un proc\u00e8s implicat en pr\u00e0cticament tot el qu\u00e8 fem \u2013 des de moure\u2019ns i pensar, als nostres comportaments i estats d\u2019\u00e0nim. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Els missatges passen de neurona a neurona a trav\u00e9s d\u2019unes mol\u00e8cules anomenades <strong>neurotransmissors<\/strong>, que s\u00f3n alliberats per la primera neurona i s\u2019uneixen a uns <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/facilitar-el-disseny-de-farmacs-una-plataforma-per-estudiar-les-gpcrs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">receptors de membrana (GPCRs)<\/a> <\/strong>de la segona neurona, activant una resposta en aquesta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ara, el grup de recerca liderat per la <strong>Jana Selent<\/strong> a l&#8217;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.imim.es\/\" target=\"_blank\">Institut Hospital del Mar d\u2019Investigacions M\u00e8diques&nbsp;(IMIM)<\/a> ha pogut veure en un detall mai vist \u2013 a nivel at\u00f2mic- la uni\u00f3 d\u2019aquestes parelles de neurotransmisor-receptor. Aix\u00ed &nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.imim.es\/noticies\/996\/revelen-el-mecanisme-que-desencadena-la-resposta-de-les-neurones-del-cervell\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">han comprovat com <strong>petits canvis en els punts d\u2019uni\u00f3 poden desencadenar respostes diferents dins la c\u00e8l\u00b7lul<\/strong><\/a><strong>a<\/strong>. \u00c9s a dir, un mateix neurotransmisor, unint-se a punts diferents d\u2019un mateix receptor, pot donar lloc a respostes diferents.
