Un d&#8217;aquests \u00e9s l&#8217;<strong>entrada i sortida de sals de les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules<\/strong>, i les peces clau del proc\u00e9s s\u00f3n els <strong>transportadors<\/strong>, que regulen <a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/travessant-els-canals\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">el moviment dels ions cap a l&#8217;interior i l&#8217;exterior de la c\u00e8l\u00b7lula a trav\u00e9s de la seva membrana<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En aquesta imatge de microscopia que ens ha fet arribar la <strong>Selma Serra (<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.upf.edu\/web\/biomed\" target=\"_blank\">Departament de Ci\u00e8ncies Experimentals i de la Salut, Universitat Pompeu Fabra (DCEXS-UPF)<\/a>)<\/strong> es pot veure una<strong> mesura del clor que passa a trav\u00e9s del triple cotransportador de sodi (Na), potassi (K)&nbsp;i clor (C)<\/strong>. Aquest transportador, anomenat NKCC pels ions que transporta, \u00e9s com una finestra o porta de la membana cel\u00b7lular que deixa passar ions de sals cap a dins o cap a fora de la c\u00e8l\u00b7lula segons quina sigui la concentraci\u00f3 del medi exterior, per estar en equilibri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00abGr\u00e0cies a la fusi\u00f3 del transportador a una <strong>prote\u00edna fluorescent (YFP)<\/strong> que s&#8217;il\u00b7lumina en contacte amb ions clor, es pot veure que en situaci\u00f3 control (DMSO), <strong>sota estr\u00e8s osm\u00f2tic <\/strong>(Hyper)<strong>, el transportador s&#8217;activa, entra clor, i per tant disminueix&nbsp;la fluoresc\u00e8ncia&nbsp;de la YFP. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En canvi, quan afegim un inhibidor espec\u00edfic&nbsp;del triple cotransportador (Azosemide, AZO) es <strong>redueix molt significativament<\/strong> l&#8217;entrada de clor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I, el m\u00e9s significatiu, quan <strong>inhibim espec\u00edficament el canal de clor<\/strong> LRRC8A (amb DCPIB), evitem que s&#8217;inici\u00ef la cascada de senyalitzaci\u00f3 que porta a l&#8217;activaci\u00f3 de NKCC i per aix\u00f2 <strong>tampoc veiem disminuci\u00f3<\/strong> de la fluorescencia de la YFP.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:44px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-cyan-bluish-gray-color wp-block-paragraph\">Vols veure la teva foto aqu\u00ed?
