{"id":20408,"date":"2021-02-15T10:09:07","date_gmt":"2021-02-15T09:09:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/?p=20408"},"modified":"2021-02-15T10:08:43","modified_gmt":"2021-02-15T09:08:43","slug":"desenvolupat-un-model-de-biologia-sintetica-per-entendre-la-formacio-dels-organismes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/desenvolupat-un-model-de-biologia-sintetica-per-entendre-la-formacio-dels-organismes\/","title":{"rendered":"Desenvolupat un model de biologia sint\u00e8tica per entendre la formaci\u00f3 dels organismes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Investigadores i investigadors de l&#8217;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ibe.upf-csic.es\/\" target=\"_blank\">Institut de Biologia Evolutiva (IBE: CSIC-UPF)<\/a> han <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ibe.upf-csic.es\/home\/-\/asset_publisher\/T2caeLMECPvW\/content\/id\/242375869\/maximized\" target=\"_blank\">dissenyat un <strong>sistema biol\u00f2gic sint\u00e8tic<\/strong><\/a> que els ha perm\u00e8s implementar en col\u00f2nies del bacteri <em><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/els-bacteris-poden-ajudar-se-entre-ells-a-resistir-millor-als-antibiotics\/\" target=\"_blank\">Escherichia coli<\/a><\/em>, <strong>patrons propis del <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/dos-cors-en-un\/\" target=\"_blank\">desenvolupament <\/a>d&#8217;organismes complexos<\/strong>, com les mosques <em>D. melanogaster<\/em> o fins i tot <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/descubreixen-un-mecanisme-que-explica-la-resiliencia-dels-embrions\/\" target=\"_blank\">embrions <\/a>humans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per fer-ho, gr\u00e0cies a aquest model, han <strong>identificat els par\u00e0metres clau<\/strong> que determinen els patrons espacials en <em>E. coli<\/em>.<strong> <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/reconeixement-a-dos-joves-talents-del-prbb\/\" target=\"_blank\">Modificant gen\u00e8ticament<\/a><\/strong> tres d&#8217;aquests factors &#8211;
