{"id":19910,"date":"2021-01-12T11:11:15","date_gmt":"2021-01-12T10:11:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/?p=19910"},"modified":"2024-08-30T12:20:08","modified_gmt":"2024-08-30T10:20:08","slug":"la-intelligencia-artificial-revoluciona-el-mon-de-lestructura-de-proteines","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/la-intelligencia-artificial-revoluciona-el-mon-de-lestructura-de-proteines\/","title":{"rendered":"La intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia artificial revoluciona el m\u00f3n de l&#8217;estructura de prote\u00efnes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con\u00e8ixer <strong>l&#8217;estructura de les prote\u00efnes<\/strong> \u2013 els blocs elementals que conformen les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules &#8211; \u00e9s essencial per comprendre la seva funci\u00f3, i per tant per entendre com funcionen els organismes i com i per qu\u00e8 tenen lloc les malalties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hi ha dues formes principals per descobrir l&#8217;estructura d&#8217;una prote\u00efna:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Experimental<\/strong>: a trav\u00e9s de cristal\u00b7lografia, resson\u00e0ncia magn\u00e8tica, etc.<\/li><li><strong>Te\u00f2rica<\/strong>: amb ordinadors, a trav\u00e9s de la comparaci\u00f3 de seq\u00fc\u00e8ncies amb prote\u00efnes conegudes, etc.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durant m\u00e9s de 25 anys, el <strong>concurs internacional bianual<\/strong> <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Critical_Assessment_of_Techniques_for_Protein_Structure_Prediction\" target=\"_blank\">CASP<\/a><\/strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Critical_Assessment_of_Techniques_for_Protein_Structure_Prediction\" target=\"_blank\"> (Critical Assessment of protein Structure Prediction)<\/a> ha ajuntat a experimentalistes i investigadors te\u00f2rics per a <strong>posar a prova els models predictius<\/strong> d&#8217;aquests \u00faltims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fa nom\u00e9s uns anys, encertar el 10% de les estructures proteiques proposades es considerava un \u00e8xit, i fa dos anys l&#8217;equip de Google va sorprendre la comunitat cient\u00edfica en encertar un 50%.
