{"id":18532,"date":"2020-10-29T18:28:50","date_gmt":"2020-10-29T17:28:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/?p=18532"},"modified":"2020-10-30T16:20:33","modified_gmt":"2020-10-30T15:20:33","slug":"un-nou-parent-unicellular-per-tracar-la-historia-dels-animals","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/un-nou-parent-unicellular-per-tracar-la-historia-dels-animals\/","title":{"rendered":"Un nou parent unicel\u00b7lular per tra\u00e7ar la hist\u00f2ria dels animals"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En un <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ibe.upf-csic.es\/home\/-\/asset_publisher\/T2caeLMECPvW\/content\/id\/238035813\/maximized\" target=\"_blank\">recent estudi<\/a>, investigadores i investigadors de <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ibe.upf-csic.es\/home\" target=\"_blank\">l&#8217;Institut de Biologia Evolutiva (IBE)<\/a> han trobat <strong>un grup d&#8217;organismes fins ara desconegut<\/strong> que estaria relacionat amb els&nbsp;holozous, els <strong>parents unicel\u00b7lulars vius m\u00e9s pr\u00f2xims als animals.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per fer-ho, l&#8217;equip del&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ibe.upf-csic.es\/ruiz\" target=\"_blank\">Multicellgenome&nbsp;Lab<\/a>, liderat per l&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/un-viatge-cientific-a-mart-sense-sortir-de-la-terra\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">I\u00f1aki Ruiz-Trillo<\/a>, ha analitzat <strong>m\u00e9s de 1.000 mostres d&#8217;aigua de l&#8217;oce\u00e0 procedents de 210 punts diferents del planeta<\/strong> recollides en el projecte <a href=\"https:\/\/oceans.taraexpeditions.org\/en\/m\/about-tara\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tara&nbsp;Ocean<\/a>, en les quals han identificat <strong>m\u00e9s de 2.000 seq\u00fc\u00e8ncies desconegudes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#8217;an\u00e0lisi s&#8217;ha realitzat mitjan\u00e7ant la uni\u00f3 de dues potents t\u00e8cniques d&#8217;an\u00e0lisis de dades: el&nbsp;<strong>metabarcoding<\/strong>, o <a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/la-sequenciacio-del-futur-ajuda-a-desentrellar-el-passat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">seq\u00fcenciaci\u00f3 massiva<\/a>, i <strong>l&#8217;an\u00e0lisi de xarxes complexes d&#8217;ADN.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:46px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u00abLa combinaci\u00f3 de&nbsp;metabarcoding&nbsp;i xarxes de similitud gen\u00e8tica ens ha perm\u00e8s analitzar milions de seq\u00fc\u00e8ncies d&#8217;ADN a partir d&#8217;una petita mostra d&#8217;aigua i tamb\u00e9 con\u00e8ixer amb gran precisi\u00f3 quin tipus d&#8217;esp\u00e8cies habiten aquest ecosistema \u201d<br><strong>I\u00f1aki Ruiz-Trillo<\/strong> (IBE)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:42px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Amb aquestes t\u00e8cniques, han trobat <strong>un grup d&#8217;organismes desconegut<\/strong> fins avui que podria estar relacionat amb els\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/choanoflagellates-friends-una-conferencia-sobre-els-nostres-familiars-unicel%c2%b7lulars-mes-propers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">coanoflagelats<\/a>, els organismes unicel\u00b7lulars m\u00e9s pr\u00f2xims als animals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A m\u00e9s, en l&#8217;estudi han fet una <strong>an\u00e0lisi de la distribuci\u00f3 dels&nbsp;holozous<\/strong>&nbsp;a tot el m\u00f3n per primera vegada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cLes nostres an\u00e0lisis donen una pista sobre on comen\u00e7ar a buscar noves esp\u00e8cies o branques.
