{"id":17682,"date":"2020-09-22T16:15:44","date_gmt":"2020-09-22T14:15:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/?p=17682"},"modified":"2020-09-22T16:21:48","modified_gmt":"2020-09-22T14:21:48","slug":"per-que-els-humans-viuen-mes-que-els-ratolins","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/per-que-els-humans-viuen-mes-que-els-ratolins\/","title":{"rendered":"Per qu\u00e8 els humans vivim m\u00e9s que els ratolins?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diferents esp\u00e8cies tenen cicles temporals diferents, amb animals m\u00e9s grans (com els humans) que viuen m\u00e9s temps i \u2018m\u00e9s lentament\u2019 que els m\u00e9s petits (com els ratolins).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per a esbrinar per qu\u00e8, un grup de cient\u00edfics i cient\u00edfiques dirigit per&nbsp;la <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/miki-ebisuya-embl-barcelona-investigar-es-un-privilegi-puc-dedicar-la-meva-vida-a-estudiar-el-que-em-fascina\/\" target=\"_blank\">Miki&nbsp;Ebisuya<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;del <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.embl.es\/\" target=\"_blank\">Laboratori Europeu de Biologia Molecular &#8211; Barcelona (EMBL&nbsp;Barcelona)<\/a> ha reconstitu\u00eft c\u00e8l\u00b7lules mare humanes i de ratol\u00ed <em>in vitro<\/em> per analitzar per qu\u00e8 el seu <strong>rellotge de segmentaci\u00f3<\/strong>, un proc\u00e9s bioqu\u00edmic oscil\u00b7lant, <strong>triga unes dues hores en ratolins i cinc hores en humans.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.embl.org\/news\/science\/segmentation-clock\/\" target=\"_blank\">Els resultats mostren<\/a> que la ra\u00f3 est\u00e0 a l&#8217;ambient de la c\u00e8l\u00b7lula individual i la <strong>velocitat dels processos bioqu\u00edmics<\/strong>, inclosa la degradaci\u00f3 de prote\u00efnes i els retards en els processos d&#8217;expressi\u00f3 g\u00e8nica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:43px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La clau est\u00e0 a la bioqu\u00edmica<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Els investigadors van examinar un gen mestre anomenat <em>HES7<\/em>, que juga un paper clau en el cicle d&#8217;oscil\u00b7laci\u00f3, tant en ratolins com en humans. Van <strong>intercanviar els gens HES7 entre c\u00e8l\u00b7lules humanes i c\u00e8l\u00b7lules de ratol\u00ed<\/strong>, amb l&#8217;esperan\u00e7a de veure un intercanvi de la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia d&#8217;oscil\u00b7laci\u00f3 entre les dues esp\u00e8cies, per\u00f2 per a la seva sorpresa, aix\u00f2 no va succeir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Despr\u00e9s, l&#8217;equip va analitzar la <strong>taxa de degradaci\u00f3 de la prote\u00efna HES7<\/strong>. Van observar que tant la versi\u00f3 humana de la prote\u00efna HES7 com la de ratol\u00ed es degradaven m\u00e9s lentament en c\u00e8l\u00b7lules humanes que en c\u00e8l\u00b7lules de ratol\u00ed. Tamb\u00e9 van veure que el temps que trigaven les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules a traduir el gen HES7 en prote\u00efna era significativament diferent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:39px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u00abHem demostrat que \u00e9s l&#8217;entorn cel\u00b7lular en les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules humanes i de ratol\u00ed el que marca la difer\u00e8ncia en les velocitats de reacci\u00f3 bioqu\u00edmica i, per tant, en les escales de temps implicades\u00bb<br><strong>Miki Ebisuya <\/strong>(EMBL)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:39px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>L&#8217;estudi ha estat la fruct\u00edfera col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 del <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/recreant-la-biologia-del-desenvolupament-en-una-placa-de-petri\/\" target=\"_blank\">laboratori de&nbsp;la Miki&nbsp;Ebisuya<\/a>&nbsp;a&nbsp;l&#8217;MBL&nbsp;amb el laboratori Garc\u00eda-Ojalvo&nbsp;del <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.upf.edu\/web\/biomed\" target=\"_blank\">Departament de Ci\u00e8ncies Experimentals i de la Salut de la Universitat Pompeu Fabra (DCEXS-UPF)<\/a>, totes dues institucions del <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.prbb.org\/ca\" target=\"_blank\">Parc de Recerca Biom\u00e8dica de Barcelona (PRBB)<\/a>&nbsp;&#8211; aix\u00ed com el Centre&nbsp;RIKEN&nbsp;de Recerca de Din\u00e0mica de Biosistemes i la Universitat de Kyoto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El&nbsp;laboratori&nbsp;dirigit&nbsp;per Jordi Garc\u00eda-Ojalvo&nbsp;ha&nbsp;participat&nbsp;fent&nbsp;estimacions&nbsp;te\u00f2riques&nbsp;i&nbsp;modelatge.
