{"id":17447,"date":"2020-08-25T12:04:52","date_gmt":"2020-08-25T10:04:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/?p=17447"},"modified":"2020-08-25T12:05:44","modified_gmt":"2020-08-25T10:05:44","slug":"phf19-regula-la-generacio-de-les-cellules-sanguinies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/phf19-regula-la-generacio-de-les-cellules-sanguinies\/","title":{"rendered":"Phf19 regula la generaci\u00f3 de les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules sangu\u00ednies"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Els gl\u00f2buls blancs i vermells, les plaquetes i els<strong> deu mil milions de c\u00e8l\u00b7lules sangu\u00ednies que els humans creem cada dia s\u00f3n generades a partir de les<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/cel%c2%b7lules-mare-generacio-i-regeneracio\/\" target=\"_blank\"> c\u00e8l\u00b7lules mare<\/a> hematopoietiques (HSCs),<\/strong> un tipus de c\u00e8l\u00b7lules precursores que s\u2019emmagatzemen a la medul\u00b7la \u00f2ssia. <a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/cap-a-la-generacio-de-cel%c2%b7lules-mare-de-la-sang-al-laboratori\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Aquestes c\u00e8l\u00b7lules <\/a>es divideixen i es diferencien constantment, i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crg.eu\/en\/news\/epigenetics-key-daily-production-10-billion-blood-cells-without-mistakes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">un nou estudi realitzat per investigadors del CRG descriu el paper del regulador epigen\u00e8tic Phf19 en la seva diferenciaci\u00f3.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00abQualsevol canvi que afecti l&#8217;expressi\u00f3 g\u00e8nica de les HSC, inclosos els factors epigen\u00e8tics, pot tenir un impacte important en l&#8217;equilibri sanguini; i els desequilibris en la composici\u00f3 del teixit sanguini poden donar lloc a malalties com l&#8217;an\u00e8mia, l&#8217;hemof\u00edlia o la <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/que-es-la-leucemia-i-per-que-apareix\/\" target=\"_blank\">leuc\u00e8mia<\/a>\u00ab, explica <strong>Arantxa Guti\u00e9rrez<\/strong>, co-primera autora de l&#8217;article.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Els cient\u00edfics i cient\u00edfiques van <strong>modificar gen\u00e8ticament ratolins per eliminar-los el gen Phf19.<\/strong> Com a resultat, les regions del genoma que contenien els gens responsables de la diferenciaci\u00f3 de les HSC estaven m\u00e9s compactades i no es van expressar, cosa que va fer que les HSC quedessin quiescents i no es diferenciessin tant en c\u00e8l\u00b7lules especialitzades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Els ratolins estaven sans en condicions normals, per\u00f2 en patir trasplantaments o en envellir, <strong>el bon funcionament del teixit sanguini va quedar comprom\u00e8s<\/strong>.
