Pot arribar a ser greu i incapacitant i no hi ha cap tractament efectiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.upf.edu\/web\/neurophar\" target=\"_blank\">Laboratori de Neurofarmacologia-NeuroPhar<\/a> liderat per <strong>Rafael Maldonado <\/strong>al <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.upf.edu\/web\/biomed\" target=\"_blank\">Departament de Ci\u00e8ncies Experimentals i de la Salut, Universitat Pompeu Fabra (DCEXS-UPF)<\/a> ha estudiat com el <strong>sistema cannabinoide<\/strong>, sobre el qual actuen els derivats de la planta C\u00e0nnabis sativa, podr\u00eda ajudar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se sap que els&nbsp;<strong>receptors per a cannabinoides de tipus 2 (CB2)<\/strong> \u2013 presents principalment en les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules del sistema immune &#8211; s\u00f3n <strong>potencials analg\u00e8sics<\/strong> que no produeixen efectes psicoactius. L\u2019equip cient\u00edfic ha utilitzat<a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/els-animals-en-la-recerca-biomedica\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> models de ratol\u00ed<\/a> modificats gen\u00e8ticament, als quals se&#8217;ls han suprimit els receptors CB2 en diferents tipus cel\u00b7lulars, per comprobar quines c\u00e8l\u00b7lules est\u00e1n implicades en aquest proc\u00e8s.
