No obstant, les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules disposen de diferents m\u00e8todes per resoldre aquest problema.<\/p>\n<p>Personal investigador del\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.upf.edu\/web\/biomed\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Departament de Ci\u00e8ncies Experimentals i de la Salut, Universitat Pompeu Fabra (DCEXS-UPF)<\/a>\u00a0ha confirmat <a href=\"https:\/\/www.upf.edu\/web\/biomed\/inici\/-\/asset_publisher\/Us0jfwFAevmx\/content\/id\/232606581\/maximized\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">recentment en un estudi<\/a> que\u00a0<strong>la <a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/noves-dades-sobre-lagregacio-proteica-i-les-malalties-neurodegeneratives\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">formaci\u00f3 d&#8217;agregats proteics<\/a><\/strong> podria ser la\u00a0<strong>principal estrat\u00e8gia<\/strong> cel\u00b7lular a l&#8217;hora de combatre l&#8217;acumulaci\u00f3 de prote\u00efnes mal plegades. Aquesta agregaci\u00f3 evitaria la seva degradaci\u00f3, de forma que, un cop superades les condicions que han provocat el mal plegament, les prote\u00efnes podrien replegar-se correctament.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Les prote\u00efnes han de plegar-se durant la seva formaci\u00f3 per tal de portar a terme correctament les seves funcions. No obstant, quan les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules estan sotmeses a estr\u00e8s o lesions, com per exemple altes temperatures, algunes prote\u00efnes poden quedar mal plegades.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les <strong>xaperones<\/strong> s\u00f3n petites m\u00e0quines biol\u00f2giques encarregades de plegar les prote\u00efnes.
