{"id":10126,"date":"2019-09-12T12:47:42","date_gmt":"2019-09-12T10:47:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/?p=10126"},"modified":"2019-09-12T12:47:42","modified_gmt":"2019-09-12T10:47:42","slug":"la-mecanica-i-la-biologia-juntes-per-donar-forma-al-cervell","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/la-mecanica-i-la-biologia-juntes-per-donar-forma-al-cervell\/","title":{"rendered":"La mec\u00e0nica i la biologia, juntes per donar forma al cervell"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>El<\/strong> <strong>cervell<\/strong>, un \u00f2rgan de vital import\u00e0ncia en el correcte funcionament del cos hum\u00e0, \u00e9s un dels principals objectes d&#8217;estudi en el camp de la biomedicina.<\/p>\n<p>Tot i trobar-nos encara a mig cam\u00ed de comprendre com funciona aquest \u00f2rgan en diferents situacions i etapes de la vida, gran part del coneixement actual s&#8217;ha obtingut gr\u00e0cies a l&#8217;\u00fas d&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/els-animals-en-la-recerca-biomedica\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">animals model en recerca<\/a>, i el <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/el-peix-zebra-una-finestra-transparent-a-la-nostra-biologia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">peix zebra<\/a><\/strong> \u00e9s un clar exemple.<\/p>\n<p>El <a href=\"https:\/\/www.upf.edu\/web\/pujadeslab\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">grup de recerca<\/a> liderat per <a href=\"https:\/\/ellipse.prbb.org\/ca\/cristina-pujades-cexs-upf-canviar-visio-universitats-centres-recerca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Cristina Pujades<\/strong> <\/a>al <a href=\"https:\/\/www.upf.edu\/ca\/web\/biomed\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Departament de Ci\u00e8ncies Experimentals i de la Salut de la Universitat Pompeu Fabra (DCEXS-UPF)<\/a> estudia el cervell d&#8217;aquest organisme model. Recentment, el grup ha demostrat que <strong>les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules de la frontera<\/strong> del <strong>cervell posterior<\/strong> del peix zebra tradueixen els <strong>est\u00edmuls mec\u00e0nics<\/strong> rebuts en comportaments biol\u00f2gics que controlaran el <strong>dest\u00ed cel\u00b7lular<\/strong> durant la formaci\u00f3 del cervell. En concret, en resposta als est\u00edmuls mec\u00e0nics, les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules progenitores decideixen si continuen dividint-se o si es diferencien en neurones.<\/p>\n<p>A la imatge superior es veu, precisament, una <strong>visi\u00f3 dorsal<\/strong> <strong>de cervell posterior d&#8217;embri\u00f3 de peix zebra<\/strong>. La imatge, extreta de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.upf.edu\/web\/biomed\/inici\/-\/asset_publisher\/Us0jfwFAevmx\/content\/id\/227633067\/maximized\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">l&#8217;estudi del grup de Pujades<\/a>, ens mostra:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>En color <strong>verd<\/strong>, tots els <strong>nuclis<\/strong> cel\u00b7lulars.<\/li>\n<li>En color <strong>magenta<\/strong>, les <strong>c\u00e8l\u00b7lules que responen als senyals mec\u00e0nics<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Aquesta troballa porta a l&#8217;equip a concloure que \u00ables forces mec\u00e0niques generades durant el proc\u00e9s de desenvolupament embrionari controlen <strong>l&#8217;equilibri entre la proliferaci\u00f3 i la diferenciaci\u00f3 de les neurones<\/strong>\u00ab, confirma Pujades.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Vols veure la teva foto aqu\u00ed?
